Raina Cronin is not responsive forgot our buyers agent appointment twice. Walked out of meeting with us and our buyers agent got in SUV and left without telling us arrived to let us in with our realtor and did not have keys to get in and she did not offer to come back Obviously she doesn't value SENIOR S Time or Health Issues or there money. There is lots more And I'll end with this scheduled our closing which she confirmed the hour before with our Realtor she was to be one of the two witnesses we needed to close This was 4/4/22. She didn't show and would not take our Buyers Agents Calls. She leaves HOA condo document's Unattended and does not Return to get them. she looses keys to main door of building and isn't sure what happened to them and does not notify he HOA of the loss of security key We are Seniors and Depend on Building security for all the Residents . DO NOT engage this service or company AT ALL! We cast a net for agencies on HomeLight.com, just to see who would be the most responsive and eager for our business. We were initially impressed with the two agents who contacted us from RealtyExchangeFL. We met them, and we were confident that they had our best interests in mind. After that initial meeting, everything fell apart. They are horrible communicators, and they have ignored our property, because it is outside of the immediate Palm Coast area. We regret having ever gotten involved with this company. I wish I could accurately express our disappointment enough to deter anyone from even contacting this business. We have been devalued, ignored, and the agents have only shown our property a couple of times. Selling a property is daunting. You need to really connect with an agent who is truly there for you.
