I feel all potential customers should know when contacting him that maybe what you're wanting won't be available - even if there's no initial indication to that possibility.

My brother told her it'll take just 5 mins to run to the bank, while they set up can he run to the bank and she said he was a liar and kept waiving him away saying no! It's seems like the moment she pulled up and met my brother she was so unprofessional and rude to him.
