Then the guy that came to do the work - Bobby - texted and called me, and we touched base and he was able to arrive earlier (...I took the first time they said, knowing that I'd be in a meeting when he arrived regardless - this worked out SO much better). Bobby was friendly, knowledgeable and kicked out those damn insects like I asked. Chip was able to come out the same day, and was able to track down mice with his initial walkthrough. We've been suspecting them but have not seen them ourselves. He also spot a groundhog that was creating havoc under our house and offered to take action after confirming that he'd survey the environment (i.e for babies) before making sure he can do a clean removal. Relatively fair prices, and Chip was pretty laid back as he offered a variety of options without being persistent about any of them.
