We had an open air photo booth for 3 hours which was perfect for our 200 person event. The guests LOVED it! People lined up and took multiple pics. They are so much fun! Freeze Frame provided many props to use which the guests really enjoyed. The attendants were fun and professional and the communication leading up to the event was excellent. The booth is just a lot of fun! Allison designed a beautiful and personalized template for the photo strips that complimented our reception palette. The crew came nice and early to set up and were super flexible in where to physically mount the backdrop and booth, which was great for our cocktail hour in a setting with limited space. The team was kind, friendly, and professional. The booth itself is so easy to use and the guests especially loved the SMS text feature which allowed them to not only print the photos on the strip to take home, but to immediately post to Instagram from their cell phones. Thankfully he honored the bridal show pricing for us and we booked right away. The process of setting up our screens was smooth and simple. We chose colors and backgrounds all online, received proofs for approval, and that was that! I didn't consider the timing of my ceremony when I confirmed setup time so they arrived right as my bridal party was about to walk, which changed the location they were to set up in. My fault not theirs!! Definitely check your schedule so you don't pull an oopsie like me. However, it worked out perfectly because they ended up setting up in the lobby of the hotel next to our cocktail room. Our guests could access easily and hotel guests not at our wedding got to watch us all have a great time! I loved having the props, our custom neon sign, backdrop and image backgrounds. It was fun taking photos with everyone and people really enjoyed having the photo booth! We loved having the magnetized frames and being able to print. I received all the digitals as well. I quickly heard from Kyle, who gave me all the info and pricing (which was super reasonable!) I booked him right away and then via the website, I was able to select the background I wanted, plus the frame for the photo strips and the screen theme for the interface. There were a ton of choices and everything was super customizable! Kyle arrived early, got all set up, and then helped us decorate the rest of the space! He was a super nice guy, very accommodating to make sure I had everything I needed, and he had even got a couple extra props just for the occasion! You could also make gifs and boomerangs and even AI enhancements. And I got all the photos digitally for easy sharing. My friends loved the booth, with several of them taking his card for future possible bookings. 10 out of 10, would totally hire Oh Snap again in the future!

We booked FPP for my neice's 1st birthday party. We booked with Jonell and she was very helpful and…read moreprofessional. James helped us with the graphic for our photo strip and was the attendant the day of. They are very responsive via email as I emailed multiple times. Turn around time was less than an hour. FPP was able to work within our budget. The quality of the service and the pictures were top notch and not compromised. James arrived 30 mins before the party started and got everything up and running. They had their own props for us to use and we even made our own by printing pictures and putting them on wooden dowels. Tip: some print outs may not show up well on camera. Try taking your own pictures with flash to make sure they show up in the photo booth. And you should definitely make your own so it's more personalized! We made big faces of my neice. It was so cute!! Their equipment are actually pretty small and compact, so you don't even need a lot of space for their photo booth. We put it in our foyer and it was perfect. We also have access to our pictures online so we can download them and print them on our own. I love that before James left, he gave us a USB loaded with all of the pictures on it. He was also very accommodating when people wanted to get one final picture in even though we ran over our time booked. The photo booth was a huge hit and everyone loved it!
