We used First Class Weddings for the entertainment (DJ) and up lighting services and the experience was truly unforgettable!! First Class Weddings is HIGHLY recommended and will be the only entertainment services we use in the future. From our initial skype meeting (we live out of state) to even after the wedding, First Class Weddings owner Josh Wiseman, DJ Mike Esposito and staff have been nothing but wonderful!! We loved all of DJ Mike Espo's ideas & he definitely understood and loved all of ours. This was really important to us because my husband and I really wanted to enjoy our wedding and not be concerned about the flow of the night. Even after the first meeting, we hung up with extreme confidence knowing DJ Mike Espo would make our wedding perfect! In the first meeting, DJ Mike Espo talked to us to discover who we were as a couple and what our tastes in music were including stations we listened to on the radio. He followed up with us to make sure that he had the right versions of songs that we requested and even provided perfect suggestions when we asked for his opinion. He made sure that he got the introductions locked down and triple-checked to make sure that he was introducing the family members as we wanted (important detail to us as my husband's parents are divorced and remarried). There's not much I can say about the actual wedding day besides that it was absolutely amazing and perfect!!! We never imagined that our wedding would have been as fun as it was and a big part of that was First Class Weddings and DJ Mike Espo. They are more than just entertainment services, they actually care about you and want to make your day as seamless as possible. Josh and DJ Mike were there every step of the way for 10 months leading up to the wedding to answer all of our questions and help to provide us suggestions for non-entertainment and up lighting questions we had from layout to timelines to other vendors to use. On the day of the wedding DJ Mike Espo totally rocked the house. From the introductions to the first dances, the music was just incredible, it was so good that the staff had to actually call people off the dance floor to eat their dinner!! Having a mix of young and older guests (we had over 200) and keeping everyone on the dance floor and happy with the song selections is difficult but First Class Weddings DJ Mike Espo killed it! My father (who is hard to please) LOVED the music which in turn made me a happy bride. We wouldn't have asked for a better night. DJ Mike Espo kept everyone on the dance floor and set the tempo for the night. Our party danced until the lights came on and tried to request 10 more songs at the end of the night! No one wanted to stop dancing!! The uplighting was perfect! First Class Weddings uplighted the tent and dance floor in a soft blush/pink color which was stunning and went perfect with our colors. The uplighting really transformed the room and made it look AMAZING! It definitely makes a difference and we would highly recommend it to everyone. The lights really leant themselves to the perfect, magical glow we as hoping for. We truly cannot recommend First Class Weddings enough! Josh was absolutely incredible and played such a huge role in making our wedding day perfect. He provided the music, helped set up our ceremony, handled cocktail hour, and DJ'd the reception seamlessly from start to finish. I first met Josh at a barber shop and was immediately impressed by how professional, knowledgeable, and passionate he was about weddings and the entire planning process. He even stayed well past his own appointment time to answer all of my questions which I truly appreciated. From the moment we booked, Josh and Caitlyn made the entire process stress-free. He listened carefully to our ideas and also offered thoughtful suggestions to help improve our day. His experience and attention to detail gave us complete confidence going into the big day. The ceremony and cocktail hour music were flawless, and the transitions throughout the reception -- entrances, first dance, parent dances, and speeches -- were handled perfectly. As an MC, he was clear, organized, and kept the evening flowing effortlessly. Once the dance floor opened, Josh played hit after hit, keeping the dance floor packed all night long. He did an amazing job incorporating our requested songs while also mixing in a variety of music that appealed to all of our guests. Wedding planning (especially during a pandemic) can be a daunting task. But hiring FCW for all of our entertainment needs was by far the easiest and best decision we made! From that first consultation phone call (and I interviewed many wedding entertainment companies) I just knew FCW was exactly what I was looking for: professional, communicative, supportive, and fun! Josh was our DJ and had the dance floor grooving all night long. At the end of the night he said to me, "I had some slow songs queued up, but decided not to go with them to keep the party going with this crowd", and he was right on the money! His assistant also did an amazing job with the uplighting too. As for Caitlyn, she was an amazing coordinator through the postponement process. She honored my vision and kept our vendor team intact while still finding us a summer Saturday date that worked with FCW and our venue! We had a lot of back and forth communication between our original date, postponing, alternative/safety plans, all the way leading up to our big day! Jazz and Josh teamed up for our photography and they were both a dream to work with! We also had worked with Jazz for our engagement shoot and he made us feel so relaxed and excited at the same time. As the sun was setting in the North End after we had finished our shoot, we walked past an alleyway and Jazz quickly pulled out his camera again to get some really amazing shots. It's clear that everyone on this team clearly loves what they do and they go above and beyond for their couples! Last but not least, Stephen was our videographer for the day. I know many couples are usually on the fence about videography, but for us it was a must and I'm so glad we did! There's just something about seeing all of the behind the scenes footage, voice overs, aerial shots, and everything that goes into a wedding day that you may not necessarily see in real time or in photos! WOW what a wedding night! Having been to a handful of weddings you realize how important having a quality DJ and DJ Company is for your wedding. The BEST recommendation we received during our wedding planning was to use First Class Weddings DJ Mike Pardi! There are so many little things that go into planning a wedding and not only were we impressed even after our first consultation, our very high expectations were exceeded!!! Below is a handful of reasons why: Organized and professional: They have a very efficient process, website, and clear deadlines to make sure the big day goes off smooth. I wrote emails at night and weekends to them and they were always responded to. They also have a very clean and professional looking office which speaks to the caliber of business they run (this is their full time jobs not some side gig). Energetic: We had immediate camaraderie with First Class Weddings DJ Mike Pardi and were so excited to have him there to make the night special. Leading up to the wedding, he was both supportive of our ideas for song selections etc but also gave very good advice when he could like timing of first dance or timing of fast/slow songs and how to get people involved. We could tell he TRULY CARED ABOUT THE SUCCESS OF OUR WEDDING reception. Mike is the type of guy that you want to be friends with even after the event! Results: We had both young and people at this wedding and the dance floor was PACKED the entire time. Mike did a great job providing the perfect backdrop and energy level for every part. Let me start out by saying that First Class Weddings DJ Mike Espo was by far our favorite vendor. Working with Mike was a pleasure and he flawlessly executed our joint-plan, from start to finish. He was professional, dedicated, responsive, and so much fun to work with throughout the process. Mike/ FC Weddings exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to make sure our special day was handled with care. It is clear to us and every one of our guests that FC Weddings are the best Wedding Entertainment option in the Boston area, if not New England. Mike was a great partner to work with in the wedding planning process. For example, he would call and text just to check in with us and see how everything was going throughout the entire pre-wedding process. He gave his professional opinion about not only the reception, but our ceremony too. During our reception, Mike played every song we wanted to hear and made sure to incorporate different types of music to cater to some of our older guests. We first heard about First Class Weddings and Josh Wiseman from our venue - they told us how awesome Josh is to work with and thought he would be a perfect fit for us. Best DJ! We got married on June 26th and chose First Class Weddings DJ Anthony Arone. And we're so happy we did because he is awesome! When we first met Anthony, we knew he was the DJ for us. He has such an outgoing personality to the point he got my husband, who is pretty shy when first meeting someone, talking right off the bat. After our meeting, we still met with other DJs but Anthony was our guy. Besides his amazing energy and personality, he is very professional and knowledgeable. He was accommodating with the type of songs we wanted to hear during the non-dance part and dance/party time - and he also made sure to know what songs we definitely did not want to hear. He is easy to work with and there was no stress at all which made it so nice. The night of our wedding he killed it! Seriously, he had our whole dance floor packed and our dance floor wasn't small, it went the whole length of the room. He even got my father inlaw on the dance floor AND even had him stay dancing until the end, which he never does. That alone meant a lot to us. The music was exactly what we wanted - high energy, fun and a dance party we will never forget. Anthony not only crushed it with the beats but he also was a huge help with keeping us on track with the timeline of speeches, parent dances, cake cutting and bouquet toss. Absolutely the best ever! DJ Andres was amazing! It was extremely important for us to find a bilingual DJ for our wedding because both of our families are dominant in Spanish. We encountered some miscommunication issues with the venue a few weeks before the wedding but nothing DJ Andres couldn't handle. He scheduled a consult to discuss the final details and after speaking to him we felt very much at ease. We were really excited because we presented the vision and he was confident he could carry it through. He reassured us that he would take care of everything and make it as smooth as possible which was definitely the final result. He is very organized and handled himself in a professional manner. DJ Andres outdid himself during our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. The result of the two custom mixes, our first dance and the father/daughter dance, was absolutely breathtaking. First Class Weddings DJ Anthony Arone was nothing short of incredible. We could not have asked for a better DJ or person to help us plan our big day. Anthony was more than accommodating, he took the time to meet with us twice in the year leading up to the wedding to offer advice and let us know what to expect. We could not have been happier with our experience with First Class Weddings! My husband and I just got married in April. Josh Wiseman from First Class Weddings was recommended to us by a friend from work. From our initial meeting all the way through to the end of the wedding night - he was awesome! We worked with several vendors and were lucky to have a 5 star experience with each one! DJ Josh and his team of lighting specialists created the perfect ambiance for our September wedding at the Merrimack Valley Golf Club! FCW kept guests on the dance floor all night, even before dinner was served! In addition to keeping the party going, Josh made it easy to relax because I knew our special day was in great hands! FCW is the best! We booked our DJ(Andres Sanchez), Videographer(Marco Corrado), uplighting & monogram through them. We could not have been happier with how everything turned out! They put together a package that worked well for us and kept us in budget. Caitlyn was easily reachable for questions throughout the whole process. They have an easy to use online portal for entering all of the important information. Their whole team really took a bunch of stress away from us from the very beginning. Our DJ, Andres, was amazing! My husband and I used First Class Weddings DJ Josh Wiseman for our June 27 wedding. I couldn't be happier with that night's entertainment. Josh had everyone on the dance floor until the very end of the night. Being Portuguese, I gave Josh a small list of Portuguese songs that I wanted him to play throughout the night (I was a little nervous about this because I know that this can alienate some guests) but Josh knew exactly when to play those songs, and still had everyone up and dancing. Having my guests tell me how much fun they had at our wedding and how great they thought Josh was, makes me SUPER happy. As for the business part, Josh was always professional and quick with answers whenever I had any questions. I don't consider myself a picky bride/person, there were a few requests that I had, but everything else I put 100% complete trust in Josh. First Class DJ Anthony Arone made our day extra special. Anthony and I went to high school together, so I knew he had a great personality and was going to be super easy to work with. He met with my (now) husband and me a week before the wedding. We met at his office around 8PM which was awesome because I got stuck at work a little late that night. The meeting was very casual and laid back. We chatted about the vision we had for our wedding and DJ Anthony took copious notes. Wedding day came, and DJ Anthony took care of everything! He was prepared with his Ipad and speakers for the outdoor ceremony, and made an easy transition to his full set up for Cocktail hour. DJ Anthony had to compete with a picture perfect day with an outdoor reception and lawn games. That didn't stop people from being on the dance floor all night long!(and dancing while playing croquet!) Not only were they responsive and easy to work with throughout the planning process, but DJ Kenny Powers really made our night fun and kept the guests on the dance floor for hours! The DJ forms were easy to complete and detailed, which only helped make our vision and vibe for the wedding reception a reality. DJ Kenny was so awesome in understanding what kind of music we did (and didn't) want played, but also easily matched the energy of our guests as the night went on and adjusted accordingly.
