At first It was a little bit tricky to find the available dates, but we found something, only complaint about the whole process was the availability of the specific house he wanted (large green combo bouncer that matched Minecraft lol) it seemed to be booked solid. Oh well, the Pirate ship looked like a "Minecraft world" he said. Pirate ship it is‍ So the price I was quoted ended up being for Friday all the way until Monday! Not just the day that I chose, that was absolutely incredible. As a single mom, I was really stressing out about the cost, the set up, everything, but it couldn't have been more simple process! I reserved the date with a $50 deposit, I didn't pay the rest until the delivery, and I was actually in North Conway when they arrived I was able to just pay the rest via email, super easy. I was panicking a little bit about where it would be set up, but the employee was extremely professional, and actually sent me screenshots of where everything would be so I could approve it. When I got home there it was in all its glory lol. An absolute behemoth, I don't think you really see how big they are until they're actually set up lol. I was able to also rent chairs and tables for dirt cheap, $2 a chair? Sign me up everything went off without a hitch, there was no issues at all with the bounce house performance, worked great! I know it's really nerve-racking to plan a little kids birthday these days, it's like nobody ever shows up which can be heartbreaking as a parent. Well, you don't have to worry about that if you rent one of these haha, I put "bounce house/splash pad so bring bathing suits" on the invites, and the entire class had been talking about it all week We had an amazing turn out! Over 30 people stopped by! The next morning, I woke up, and they were already taking it down for me, I went out to tip them, but other than that I didn't have to do a thing. I hate to keep mentioning that I'm a single mother, but when you're trying to do everything alone, you literally can't put a price on that type of service, but they have lol and it's EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE FOR WHAT YOU GET! I spent a total of $469 for the bounce house in the pictures, 6 chairs, 2 large banquet tables, delivery (all the way out near Porter) set up, taking it down, and we had it from Friday noon-Monday 9am Back in Cincinnati it would have been 1k easy. With the price of everything going up, it's amazing to see a company keeping rates affordable! I know this is a gushing review lol I promise I don't work for them, I'm just blown away with how easy it was, how LITTLE I had to do... I will be using them for every birthday moving forward lol. Thank you for helping me give my son an epic birthday, and helping us make friends in our new community. I now have a handful of Mom friends too Win win‍

As I was working my way down the boardwalk of the latest festival, I was curious of a large group of people, children and adults alike, stopped and fully engaged with something there in the center of this mass of onlookers. I investigated further, only to find that in the middle of the body of people, was a lone man. He stood there, while 30+ sets of eyes focused on him, he was calm, funny and entertaining. It was an amazing site to see. Attendees, both young and old, were amazed and astounded by the magical act of Phil Smith. He held their attention and made sure to include as many of the watchers as possible. My son and I stood for quite some time, mesmerized with the tricks and jokes that were coming from this modern-day wizard. After a while, we finally broke his spell, and he politely moved down the track a little further, to offer more entertainment to the unsuspecting masses. Phil was never far from the crowd; he was holding magical court and the subjects loved it. Phil, you did an amazing job and both my son, and I appreciate you and your craft. Keep it magical!

I was the organizer and the more I talked to the hotel event planners with their grandiose menus and high prices, the more I appreciated Keith's straightforwardness and practicality. I signed up with Keeley's. Our conference went quite well with about 50 attending. The generous space that we had included two big sections of the facility with tables and lecturn/screen in one room and displays and buffet in the other worked out very well. Their food as a part of the business special was very good with lots of variety. The day started with coffee, tea and a nice continental breakfast. Nothing fancy, but the smell of fresh baked cinnimon rolls really broke the ice with our attendees, many of whom we were meeting for the first time. The microphones, PA system and projector provided by Keeley's worked flawlessly. The high speed wifi did too. It's a family business. Keith is a good guy to work with: helpful, thoughtful and experienced. They deal with lots of wedding receptions and other family gatherings but he really likes business meetings and understands the needs of a medium sized business like ours. Other good things: Lots of (free) parking. A well kept building. Responsive staff. Timely food service. Good coordination with our needs. Easy access from I-95. 15 minutes from downtown.

Our son is an active one year old and she was great with him - very patient and was able to keep him happy and entertained for 99% of the session (a feat in itself when handling an active 1 year old) all while capturing amazing shots! We love the photo's Natalie provided - she was able to capture so many great candid moments which was exactly what we were looking for. As appetizers were passed, we noticed there were NO bacon wrapped scallops. Instead, Blue Elephant REPLACED this with some fig-thing! Apparently they were unable or simply forgot to get the scallops?? This last minute substitutions was made WITHOUT our knowledge and without ANY price adjustment/refund towards the bill, which of course they make you prepay in full. No satisfaction guarantee with this company. The plated dinner was such a disaster! The steak was so disgusting and poorly cooked, no one ate it and the brussel sprouts that accompanied it were completely inedible. How do you mess up brussel sprouts?! It was really upsetting to see all the thousands of dollars worth of food, be dumped into the trash. Some of our guests actually LEFT our wedding and brought back PIZZA!! So this is what you get when you spend thousands and hire people who claim to have 27 years of catering experience?? How embarrassing. Not to mention, you can expect a ridiculous delay in emails, expect to make numerous calls to get a hold of either Ruben or Fausto and prepare yourself for lots of confusion and unexpected menu changes without being notified or reimbursed.
