All we received were emails saying they would let us know later, instead of just answering the questions in the email. They also claimed two weeks before the wedding that we were late on our deposit, which wasn't due until a week before the wedding. Additionally, they lost our confirmation papers a week before the wedding. Finally, we didn't hear from our DJ until 5 days before the wedding. Overall, it was far too stressful and tedious to deal with them and i would advise anyone else to avoid them at all costs.

They then never flew their drone for the footage we wanted and paid for. And didn't get any clips we requested for. Mind you we STILL haven't gotten our wedding video from 2021 and now they won't answer us. Wish we would've went with someone else, now we will never be able to have the video to look back on and out on all that money.
