Totally matched our vibe with his cool, calming personality. He took such awesome pics. Even when we thought we were being a bother by asking for so many pictures because we don't get to see our families much as military members, we were constantly reassured that we were fine and he would gladly take as many pictures as necessary. Trusting her for her words, we decided to hire her since she was a one stop shop for Photographer, Videographer, Month of coordination, boutonnière, corsages, bouquet, DJ services and the more she talked about . (poor engagement photos which were free) We met after the expo gave her a hefty retainer and continued to make payments periodically. She asked for a payment earlier than the due date which led us to believe that this business runs from day to day. The contract we signed states if there is a catastrophic event ALL deposits will be refunded. No mention of breaking out the contract price for the initial meeting and neither for the engagements photo shoot or anything else. I told Laura that the engagement photos were not the best quality and she said she didn't want to pay her best Photographher to do the photo shoot so she did it herself. That day was a disaster. To cut a long story short. The wedding was cancelled and Laura "Pro Style Entertainment" don't have the money to refund us. Please do not enter into contract with this unprofessional company. Not only was it totally affordable, it was a pleasure to interact with Brett. He responds to emails extremely quick and always gave advice when I was unsure about decisions. 2 weeks before the wedding we had an hour phone consultations to iron out details and he was friendly and funny. We made a music list for before the ceremony, after the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception and he followed it with no issues! His MC skills kept the party going all night and he kept us on our timeline with the dances, dinner, and toasts. Even though I'm sure it's hard for Brett and Patti to want to interrupt the bride and groom during the wedding, they did it at the appropriate times to make sure we didn't miss anything during the evening that we had said we wanted. We rented our photo booth through Brett as well. Patti ran the booth during the evening. She also designed a beautiful personalized photo strip backdrop for us. She made sure we were the first to use the booth and had a chance to use it before the night got too carried away. They had such a great array of props and hats. All in all, without Brett, the night would have not ran so smoothly. Our guests raved about him and I am so grateful for his friendly and quick responses. He definitely helped a bride from becoming bridezilla! I will keep Brett in mind in the future for any events and will definitely recommend him to anyone who asks for a DJ for an event.
