As neither my bride or I are what you would consider wedding experts we were not particularly confident in what we wanted. We met with Andrew a few weeks before the wedding and he immediately put us at ease. His caring, professional manner made us feel that he truly cared and (thankfully) removed some of the stress of planning a wedding. We were a little vague about what music we wanted and when we wanted that music played but Andrew asked a series of probing questions and filled out the details. We were not disappointed; his selection of music, the timing, it was like he knew exactly what we wanted before we did. From the ceremony to the reception, it could not have been any more perfect. The reception really allowed DJ Andrew to shine. His manner and tone of voice really allowed the reception to flow as he confidently directed the reception through the bridal party entrance, to the first dance, to the multiple games we played. I fielded multiple remarks from our guests about how great he was. Even our caterer asked us where we found him and requested that we give them his name and number so that they could try to use him in the future for their own needs. That's how good he is. The dance floor was full at all times. I've never seen anything like it. He managed to play just the right mix of music to keep the energy up and even some of the older grandparents got into the mix of things and danced as well. His flexibility is shown when one of my guests asked me to have Andrew play some country music (not my preferred style but to make my guests happy I acquiesced) and DJ Andrew immediately blended the music right in, seamlessly. DJ Andrew made this a night to remember forever. Words cannot express my gratitude. This is more than just a job for DJ Andrew. He enjoys his work and it shows. We had interviewed several DJs before Andrew, none of whom really seemed to understand the eclectic and pretty much all over the place music selection we had in mind. We met Andrew at a coffee shop one night. Now, we wanted December 1963 to be our first dance (you know, the Frankie Valli one). The DJ we had met with just earlier that day said she knew the song, and then asked me how it went and who it was by. My exact words to Andrew were, "We were thinking for the first dance December 1963. It's by Frankie Valli." Andrew responded with "Yeah it is!" and proceeded to sing it, while dancing, in the coffee shop. This is the moment I knew it was meant to be! Andrew was open to our changes up until, like 16 hours before the wedding. Not that he became not ok with them. We added stuff to the toasts during the toasts and he was awesome! But we made changes to our playlist until hours before and he just snapped his fingers (I think...we told him over the phone so I don't know for sure), and it was done! He listened to everything we wanted, and came up with some great suggestions too! We wanted old timey music when people were entering (think Oh Brother! Where Art Thou), my bridal party was going to walk down to Bruno Mars, I walked down the aisle to Train, we all walked back up to Pharell, we wanted Reggae, Jaco Pastorius, heavy metal, bluegrass, '50s, 60's, Disney, contemporary and jazz played during dinner, we were "introduced" to our guests to The Beatles, our first dance was Frankie Valli, my father and I did our father-daughter dance to Zydeco, had progressing dance music (starting with the '50s going up to present day in chronological order) for the actual dancing part of things, and, finally, our last dance was Frankie Valli. None of this phased Andrew even a little bit. He was able to change things as we went, and we felt like he truly, really listened and understood what it was we wanted. Andrew really made our wedding a special event, and helped us create a beautiful memory that we get to hold onto forever.

Thought everything was great until the DJ ghosted us, I know what you are going to say what does that have to do with Ayre Entertainment. Well, I started scrambling about 7 weeks before the event, and went back to our wedding site. I came across Josh, the owner of Ayre Power entertainment and from the first consult we. were locked in. He asked us what we had envisioned for our event and from there it just took off, we had sparklers, up lighting and full DJ display with lights. He was a mastermind at creating our event. All I remember was Josh saying don't worry, I got this and I never looked back. His engagement with the wedding party and the guests was like he has known us for years. At the ceremony we had mic's so our guests could hear the proceedings, and he got the officiant and my self on hot mic's and just shook his head at us, it was a moment of levity. When Josh tells you he is bringing the truck and everything is going to be used, you have to believe him, his set up is 100x better than any other DJ set up that I have seen over the last few weddings I have attended. Josh asked about such details as what age group am I playing to and what type of songs should we be playing, He played music from the 60's through todays hit's and even through in a couple of surprise mixes. I remember Josh telling me in the consult, one of many that Josh did at no extra cost, saying my plan is to have your guests on the dance floor all night long. And to his credit, everyone was dancing. Even those that were naturally challenged do to so. He kept us on schedule throughout the ceremony and reception as he guided us through all the formal dance prerequisites. As we mapped it out before hand, he said Corey you are over time, so we made some cuts to some of the formalities and it turned out great, no one was to the wiser. A fun key dance that gets everyone on the dance floor is the Anniversary dance. Josh is a master at getting the bodies on the floor. My wife lost her dad about 4 months before the wedding, so it changed a lot of things, and Josh approached us and said I would like to do a tribute to your Dad for the father-daughter dance. It was such a pointed tribute to my wife and her dad, that there was not a dry eye in the crowd. Again, without Josh these memories would not have been had. There is a saying, that you get what you pay for and not only did we get what we paid for we got 10x that in the memories and experiences that Josh created for our event. I look forward to the next event that Josh is part of because it will be that epic and special to you. To this day, guests are still talking about Josh and the job he did and asking how they can get in touch with him.
