Mowed the lawn, weed whacked the perimeters, edged the paths, and blew away the excess at the end. Did such a better job than I would've ever been able to do! Requested electrical outlets be replaced throughout, hardware be installed on cabinets, 3 ceiling…read morefans to be replaced with new fans and one can light be retro fitted for a new ceiling fan. We ended up hiring others to complete the job. He insisted on charging more than his detailed quote. He said he'd done work that he had not completed yet. The quality of workmanship was poor, he damaged our cabinets by drilling holes in wrong places. Electrically, he installed GFCI outlets everywhere (even where not needed) which affected the functionality of 3 working switches. His solution to that was to cover those switches with blanks and claim those outlets didn't work properly. Whereas it was due to him installing GFCI outlets. Materials were marked up 35 percent, were more costly (by using GFCI outlets where not needed) and he mixed outlet cover styles requiring us to purchase further covers to make uniform throughout (and install ourselves). We had to hire an electrician to finish the ceiling fan installations, reset the remote pins so they wouldn't interfere with each other, and correct his outlet installation work. He would not honor his quote and insisted on more deposit money before he'd commit to finishing even though he hadn't even done things he said he'd done! Not trustworthy, poor quality, won't own up to mistakes, not recommended.

Over the course of more than one month, I reached out to this company several times - only making a…read moreconnection when I initiated contact. From the time of initial contact until today, I had a roof leak that penetrated my ceiling that evolved (with recent heavy rains) to two (2) ceiling roof leaks. Nearly every week and a half, I made contact with TDS in an attempt to assess/price the work. I was met each time with casual apologies and weak excuses of why I did not receive a callback, or why staff never showed up to assess the work to be done. I work for an affordable housing development company (likely the most reputable on this island) and have rarely come across such horrible service/bedside manner - service that I would absolutely not tolerate from any contractor conducting work for one of my company's projects. I have decided to move on as, only TODAY, TDS informed me that it would not even be able to conduct the work for another four (4) months. To not have the foresight of understanding a customer's immediate need (even after it had been clearly explained at the onset) is poor business manner and a major disappointment to say the least.
