I looked around at different options but saw a rave review of these guys online and decided to give them a call. Tim was exceedingly nice, answered all my questions and assured me that there was nothing to pay up front, and cancellation due to an early baby or rain would be A-OK. What a relief! We talked through the options and went for a combo--a 13x13 bounce house with a 16ft slide for a party of lots of kids, ages mostly about 2-6. He also gave me a deal on a hot dog steamer (which fit 200 hot dogs and was a big hit) and we rented an 8ft table and chairs (cheap!) for extra seating when the kids swarmed at cake time. We live outside of the free delivery radius of 25mi, but at about 40 miles away that made the delivery fee $42 and was totally worth it for their level of service and quality. As it says on the website, all of the costs were clear and as stated up front. We paid on delivery. Tim's team--two young guys (including his very nice nephew)--showed up on the early side of the 2hr setup window and were sweet and efficient. It was the same on the back end. The whole (quite large!) structure was set up on tarps and tethered for safety--all very pro. The bounce house saw continuous kiddo action from 11:00-4:30--super fun for everyone (and no injuries!). Kids were passing out in their carseats before they even left our driveway! My husband, daughter, and I went to bed really happy and grateful for Tim and team making the party so easy and so fun--our daughter may end up sharing her actual birthday with her new sibling on the way, so we had really hoped both baby and weather would hold to give her a special party and big burst of friend time. The venue is really beautiful with tons of greenery and flowers, it cuts down on the money and effort you need to put into decor. We got so many compliments on the venue from our guests. We primarily worked with the owner Deb and as it got close to the wedding, also with her new hire Abby. Deb knows weddings and she knows her venue inside and out so she is very chill to work with and makes sure to account for all the details. Communication was very fast and clear. Underrated but one thing I appreciate a ton is all our communications were in a single email chain so it was really easy to find. Abby coordinated with us day-of to cue us to walk down the aisle and otherwise they were seamlessly in the background. The vendor list we got was a little out of date with some being out of business or not having websites, but we picked a few vendors off the list so it was helpful. Having onsite lodging was great. The master bedroom was very comfrotable and it was nice to have our own bathroom. Most of the rest of our guests got Airbnbs (we blocked hotel rooms and offered a shuttle to Conway but no one took us up on it). Overall I would highly recommend Locke Farms Farm as a wedding venue!
