I was after a somewhat obscure NiCad battery for an old RC car that I was giving to my nephew. Lots of staff available and I was served right away. At first we determined that I might need a newer battery and charger (which was more expensive that I had planned) but one of the guys said 'let me try to find a NiCad for you' and he did. It ended up costing me much less than the first option but the goodwill to me as a customer was priceless. They solved my problem and saved me money. You drop off the film to develop, and he takes down your name, number and quotes a price. There's a price for only digital and a price for both digital and print. The prices varies as he checks the negatives and only develops the films that come out (ie overexposed or black film cells don't get developed or charged). He then texts you when it's ready, you can pay via e-transfer and he emails a download link with the developed photos. Highly recommend, have gone to him for the longest time, reliable and great service!
