I kindly asked the store owner if he had or if he could order this part for me. With no hesitation, he strongly told me that he doesn't have the part for this car because he doesn't carry the brand. I was polite and told him that the part does not have to be the same brand as long as it fits! He insisted that its not possible and tried to beat around bushes by feeding me some BS that my servo shouldn't be where it is and because of that blah blah blah. I extremely do not appreciate being lied to or being taken advantage of. I'm curious why they don't want my business. Is it because I'm not the same ethnicity as them? I don't get why he had to lie to me and just deny my business.

They have a large selection of competitively priced gunpla and various tools. I'm someone who has essentially bought every gundam related stuff that I've wanted. Surprisingly enough, I found some water decals for obscure kits here. Overall, 100% worth coming to take a look. The store was a bit hidden away, but it was really spacious inside. Lots of other model kits to choose from. Since it was my first time building one, I asked a plethora of questions. The gentlemen working there were really helpful, and super patient especially when explaining to me how to panel line, sand the plastic, lazy vs. pro ways to make the model look attractive, and dry vs. wet decal sticker application. I really liked how they were genuinely really into what they do, instead of trying to push you to buy the most expensive kits like some places. If you're ever starting out, I'm confident these pros are able to assist. In any event, I enjoyed my first kit so much that I came back on 2 other separate occasions and purchased the Full Armor Unicorn Gundam VarKa MG grade. I chose MG grade because it was large enough to see most of the details, and also small enough that it didn't take up too much space--perfectly at 18cm. Finally, the price was acceptable for import model kit. Definitely worth a visit.

After a search on Google I found Sayal electronic had the part I needed! Checked the website, saw there was stock and which aisle and the next day I had a plan in place. There was plenty of parking outside and when you first enter this location it is filled with a variety of odds and ends but all good stuff. I found a lot of stuff here that I don't usually see anywhere else, and to be honest I was shocked how well organized everything was. Honestly though it was an "organized mess". You can find things easily but just the sheer amount of odds and ends makes it visually busy. I digress I was in and out in 30 minutes though I found my part in 2 minutes. Spent extra time exploring. I recommend checking the website first to see if they have what your looking for then of course head on in to explore.

I'm new to this addiction, I mean, hobby. But even with my limited research, it's clear to see which of the shops had knowledgeable, passionate, and well-organized staff. The owner of Manta is one of those. He oozed with trading card knowledge and knew things from different releases off by heart. He knew his inventory like the back of his hand so that if we mentioned a card, he had an idea if they had it or not and found it for us. Thanks for helping us to find multiple fat Pikachus for our collection. Outside of Pokémon, Manta has a variety of TCG and collector items. I saw One Piece, Disney, YuGiOh, etc. There's also a sitting area which looks like a place where tournaments are held. You also know a shop is great when you have other shops recommending them, which is how we found Manta in the first place. They came highly recommended from another hobby hot spot of ours (Three Kingdoms).

These, they put into blister packs down low, near the cash for that part of the store. But, they're well placed so the little ones can catch the "train bug"! That being said, there have been times it was harder to find someone to help despite a lot of employees in the store. The gentleman by the cashier (Eric I believe his name was) is super helpful and knowledgeable. Apart from helping customers, he remembers them as well as their interests, which is what brought them to the store in the first place. One recommendation would just be to have the employees more proactive for when customers come in and be within the area in case the customer has questions while they're browsing around.

WORST SERVICE experience in 40 years. Folks, I bought small items there, and even a laptop (as an…read moreemergency backup system) once, and I was all great. But my first (and last) service experience was a nightmare. Absolutely incompetent in PROCESS and in TECHNOLOGY. I took a laptop for data recovery, and they returned my SSD chip damaged. So, no data recovered, and the SSD drive was destroyed! See the details below: 1- Took it for recovery, and they said it has to be shipped to the HQ 2- Two months passed, and I had not heard back. So, went in and inquired. I was told that HQ was busy. I asked how long, and they said, "We don't know."? I asked them to call, but they had no calling ability! I asked them to cancel and request it back. 3- The laptop comes with the SSD in a separate case! The tech desk puts it in for me. 4- I go home, and the SSD is not recognizable 5- I take it back. The same person told me, "The HQ removed the chip from the SSD as part of the data recovery". So, I asked them to put it back. They had to send it back to HW for that "chip soldering." 6-another few weeks, and I get the same SSD back. They told me that it could not be fixed. I must have taken it somewhere else!!!! This wasn't done by them!!!! I am furious. But how do you reason with idiots? Any lawyers out there who want this case?
