First, the office staff is flat-out rude. When my husband called to raise a legitimate concern, the person on the phone hung up on him -- no warning, no attempt to resolve the issue. That alone says everything about how this company values its customers. Second, we were hit with an unexpected fee because our can was allegedly "too full and contained organic material." We reviewed our contract thoroughly -- there is no stated weight limit and no prohibition on organic material anywhere in the agreement. Charging customers for violations that aren't documented in writing is unacceptable. Finally, the pickup crew has repeatedly left our trash can tipped over on its side in the middle of our driveway rather than returning it upright to the side of the road -- a basic courtesy any responsible hauler should extend. Poor communication, surprise fees with no contractual basis, and careless service. Save yourself the headache and find a different trash removal company.
