Over the past year, I have made several phone calls and sent multiple text messages to Bill, with little to no response. On the couple of occasions were he did respond to me, he said he would be out the next week, and would not show up. I finally gave him one last request to respond to me, and let me know if he had any intentions of coming back. I received no response. This is very upsetting as now I will have to hire someone else to come out and repair and complete Bill's unfinished work.
