From rentahusbandtx, This place is not recommended, unless you want to get ripped off!!! We are contractors, this is the only guy in 40 years, that Ive bought from that wouldnt honor his work. Hes also the only company that we have had to sue. Everyone else has fixed their mistakes, but Jorge thinks hes above that [ see other reviews on Google] Hired this guy to do three bathrooms for my customer. The last one they cut an inch short on two sides. They also cut out for sinks in the wrong places. We had brought the vanity to his shop for him to measure. How could he get it wrong? When his guys tried to install, they made a terrible mess of caulking, sealant, and epoxy all over our freshly painted cabinets, toilet, and walls. Which in turn resulted in us having to paint entire cabinets again. I've never had anyone do such sloppy work. He lied and said he would fix it. Since he ruined the last piece of the slab, the only acceptable solution was to buy a new piece that the customer approved of. JORGE LIED ABOUT HIS IM GOING TO MAKE IT RIGHT. He refused to refund the money paid to him for the job, $1100, and refused to buy a new piece of stone. [another $500] He is so glib; he thought he could lie his way out of his responsibilities to us. Now we will sue him for the $1600. He cost us 4 weeks of delays, and a customer who couldnt accept the crap he gave to us as a bathroom vanity top. Please see the pictures posted with this and stay away from this BUM! Look at how he tried to make the top fit. He added little pieces on the edges to deceive the customer into thinking the top fit. It didnt even make it to be supported by the cabinet box. And he told me that was ok. Being in the business for 40 years, hes just a liar

We are looking forward to visiting his business to see what kinds of granite and backsplash tile he has to offer.

However if you are just looking for a good price and good work then give them a call. You have a 50/50 chance of a good experience. I will say that we are very happy with our new granite counter tops but the process was painful and very frustrating. Returning your calls and emails in not top on there list of things to do...Maybe they are understaffed or maybe just just have very poor communication skills who knows. The guy that came to measure was polite and informative (late) but nice. The installers were friendly (very, very late) but they did good work.

In other words, should you find something wrong after the installers leave you're on your own. Therefore, get down with a flashlight and inspect every square inch even if it's after 5:30 pm as it was in my case. In other words, a cursory view will not be good enough. When the young lady called me about the billing, I hadn't received a bill and she needed my email address, I merely asked her if they had sealed the granite. I also mentioned the installers had left a lot of glue on the tops. She started in on me. During her tirade I said excuse me three or four times to get her to stop. I finally had to yell into the phone "shut up" just to get her to shut up so I could get a chance to speak. She was curtly informing me I had signed the paper when the installers left and in doing so all recourse ended with that signing. By the way, no, they had not sealed the granite. I just finished doing the job myself. When I did so, a lot of deep scratches showed up in the master bath granite which were not visible before sealing. Why seal? Any pooling water changed the color of the granite. After my run in with sweet young thing I have a strong feeling I will be wasting my breath to call and complain. Besides, what can they do now other than replace the slab? At least you will know to be extremely careful using this firm. (I also wish the installers hadn't taken my channel locks when they left ($20). And, it would have been nice if they hadn't broken the pop-ups in two of my sink basins ($10 each).
