We ordered a countertop and tile jobs from JG Natural Stone. First, they installed a countertop. No issues with that. After a week, they came back and did a natural stone installation. Horrible job. 1. First of all, they saw our walls twice before the installation and didn't even mention that they needed to be painted with a dark color. We thought it wouldn't matter since the stone will cover it. 2. In the pictures, you can see that they leave such big gaps (approximately 1/4 in). Their representative tried to convince us that it is "just the design of the stone," but we're on our mind so far and understand that it is not. Moreover, you can clearly see mastic and walls in these gaps. Believe me, it looks horrible when you look at it in-person. 3. The material has chips (we were told I is "just the design of the stone"). They just didn't want to provide enough material to find better pieces 4. When we tried to talk with someone from the office asking them to redo the job or provide us a discount on their labor, they said they cannot do that. 5. Now we need to find another company who will redo this job. I cannot tell you how we're sad and feeling fooled. We're highly NOT recommending this business to anyone. In case if their technicians mess up, they will always say it's "by the design." Please find another company who cares about their reputation. read more

They did a great job when we had them replace our bathroom countertops with quartz. We decided to use them for replacing our granite kitchen countertops with quartz as well as subway tile for the backsplash. They were quick to get out to give me an estimate and used a special laser device for the kitchen countertop measurements. They responded quickly to any concerns I had pre-installation. Turn around for the countertops was about 3 weeks and about 4 weeks for the kitchen backsplash since it was a popular tile that had to be shipped from California. read more

Please do not use them unless you want to be lied at, ripped off and disrespected as a customer. When I signed my contract at this place, the owner's teenage daughter's that work here lied to me because things changed really fast after the measurement and getting the final invoice. Note; I am not the first one to say this. I wish I had read the comments first before ever going here. The comments say they are liars and people get ripped which is true according to my experience. When I first got to this place, I was super excited. I signed my contract to have quartz installed in my new kitchen but things changed really fast after measurements and them sending the final invoice. RED FLAG: They make you sign a contract before they actually come to take measurements. My measurements changed and so did the cost exponentially change. Any extra measurements was charged as a new job thus high fabrication cost. They trick customers by having them sign contract before measurements. I forgot to mention that on the day of measurements, they kept postponing the times. When I got the final invoice, I got angry because the prices had skyrocketed and they were trying to rip-me off. The owner's daughter was so rude and disrespectful. I got agitated and responded firmly to them since these people are liars. When they realized that I was right, they cancelled my project saying that I was using profanity. What did they expect after lying to me and the teenagers being disrespectful? I was so happy and felt like I had won lottery after they cancelled. I felt fortunate as I did not want to continue the project with liars and disrespectful people. I felt tied/stuck due to the contract so them cancelling the project was answered prayers. I did not have to deal with them anymore. They later lied to me again by telling me to pick up my check on Monday, when they knew they would be closed on Monday due to the weather. Keep in mind, they told on Saturday to pick up my check on Monday and then before they closed Saturday left a sign on the door saying that they are closed Monday. Liars!!! I ended up stopping the check via my bank. I found another local countertop place that was great and installed my quartz in a timely time. Hes also the only company that we have had to sue. Everyone else has fixed their mistakes, but Jorge thinks hes above that [ see other reviews on Google] Hired this guy to do three bathrooms for my customer. The last one they cut an inch short on two sides. They also cut out for sinks in the wrong places. We had brought the vanity to his shop for him to measure. How could he get it wrong? When his guys tried to install, they made a terrible mess of caulking, sealant, and epoxy all over our freshly painted cabinets, toilet, and walls. Which in turn resulted in us having to paint entire cabinets again. I've never had anyone do such sloppy work. He lied and said he would fix it. Since he ruined the last piece of the slab, the only acceptable solution was to buy a new piece that the customer approved of. JORGE LIED ABOUT HIS IM GOING TO MAKE IT RIGHT. He refused to refund the money paid to him for the job, $1100, and refused to buy a new piece of stone. [another $500] He is so glib; he thought he could lie his way out of his responsibilities to us. Now we will sue him for the $1600. He cost us 4 weeks of delays, and a customer who couldnt accept the crap he gave to us as a bathroom vanity top. Please see the pictures posted with this and stay away from this BUM! Look at how he tried to make the top fit. He added little pieces on the edges to deceive the customer into thinking the top fit. It didnt even make it to be supported by the cabinet box. Had them out to measure for our counter tops, the girl showed up an hour early and didn't apologize about just showing up. I was told I would get our quote within 48hrs, after 3 days I called and was told 1 more day. I called twice more before giving up. I received an email with the quote over two weeks after she was out to measure. Very disappointing since there were other positive reviews. read more

They quoted me over $300 to grind and polish the edge of a piece of granite I already have (26"by57") for my kitchen island. I have been given estimates to buy and have installed new granite tops from two different counter top companys for far less than what they want to rework four edges of my piece.
