They give you very organized print outs of all financial information that you have done. They are great at doing payroll and if you are nearby you can actually pick up payroll checks via their drive thru window on the side of the building. Or they can same day deliver, or mail payroll to you or your business as needed. The location is kept very clean and professional looking and the employees have always been courteous and professional when I have dealt with them. They are also quick to find out tax info for you and to email you back. Their rates are reasonable for the time it saves you, and for the expertise and accuracy they offer, it's one less thing to deal with knowing they do it correctly for you. I've even had a couple of foolish members of the extended family mess up their returns with TURBO TAX and Melissa has always been able to untangle the mess and even get their fines and penalties reduced and in some cases turned a bill into a refund once things were done properly. I deal with people all the time. I often here of situations where two people disagree over a fact or how something happened.
