Had a miscommunication with a salesperson earlier today and was very mad. I was able to talk with…read morethe manager and explain what happened. He was very cool about everything, reached out to the salesperson and explained what happened and made it right. When I went in to get my refund, I lost my temper and I was way out of line. Went back and apologized to the workers. They seemed to somewhat accept my apology or at least acted civil and I was able to have a good conversation with the salesperson. Mistakes were made on both ends but everything is good now. Very impressed with the manager and I enjoy the worker in the store. I am happy we were able to talk and resolve the issue.
