Strange because it's been perfect the last few times I've been there and my hair lifts beautifully. It was just left really steppy, patchy and looks hideous. They agreed book me in to fix the mess they made this afternoon, but called this morning to say I'm not the kind of person they can please? They wash your hair and offer a complimentary head massage before your stylist gets to work on cutting your hair. I have had good cuts here but I did have a colour which wasnt as striking as I'd hoped but that may have been my fault being a bit reserved in choosing my colours!

My hair cuts have been superb - so stylish and totally me! My hair colours - various and beautiful! I'm talking high end quality here. They really have gone above and beyond. Even other colleagues in the salon who haven't been working on my hair are just as interactive and friendly. Overall, always a fantastic experience!

The first time I went for a colour, I was asked to come in beforehand for a colour consultation and skin test. I was really impressed with their thoroughness. I have even been to the training days at the salon and, although a hair cut/colour on these days takes a bit longer, all trainees are well supervised by the manager Tony and never, have I had any cause for complaint regarding my hair cut. I have used Anthony Michael for 7 years now - surely a testiment to the professionalism and friendlyness of the staff and owners.

They cut your hair just as you ask them. I've never had a bad haircut here. Children`s haircuts are £5 and they were brilliant with my 2 year old daughter who loved it when she had her first hair cut there.
