His…read morepractice just relocated to the Topeka Blvd. location right near the capitol building of Topeka, Kansas , and his new office is somewhat spacious. He has by my count about 6 other people on staff supporting him and judging from their interactions and work done for me, I suspect the support staff are as competent as it gets. Friendly and caring from the outset, Roger and his staff approached my lawsuit with professionalism. It is my direct personal experience that Roger and his staff provided me with attentive and zealous representation. No case is perfect . The role of the law firm is to get the best outcome for their client with a reasonable fee. Roger Fincher represented me and my interests to the best extent possible and achieved what I have concluded to be the best outcome possible. Life sucks. Sometime, life really sucks. If you think you've been hurt and can benefit from the services of Roger Fincher, just talk to him and see what he has to say. I think you'll be satisfied, just as I am. You can let life get you down, or you can take action. In the paraphrased words of a conversation between actors Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins in Shawshank Redemption "It comes down to a simple choice, really. Get busy living, or get busy dying." Roger Fincher is a competent attorney with great staff and he helped me in my personal injury lawsuit to achieve what I feel is the best outcome possible.

My former attorney was James Biggs, and my review is from that standpoint and nothing further. I…read morefeel as if I need to do my best to warn the community at large about the unforgiving, manipulative ways of this shyster attorney. You could approach him with any number of invaluable questions that need absolute answers and he wouldn't give you a single one. Whether it be verbally over the phone or in person, or through email he will seek to hinder your ability to understand your case. In our final mutual exchange he went as far as to contradict himself after avoiding me for multiple months, being purposefully unreasonable by offering meeting times way outside of my availability schedule. For over a month he claimed to be out of town, out of the office, or unavailable despite frequent emails and returns to the office. To this day I call him my former attorney despite ongoing litigation, but I have no real way of knowing whether or not he is still my attorney because I received no withdrawal confirmation only the request submitted to the courts. In the end I discovered he was most likely holding out in order to pressure me into settling, so that he could make a quick payoff of my suffering rather than seeking the most beneficial outcome for me and my situation. I had brought up the possibility of malpractice by my doctors and he decided that was grounds for his withdrawal, which to this day I cannot find legal grounds to support this action he took. I'd say avoid at all costs.

I am not a dog I am a human and I should be respected. My boyfriend lives with me and we both pay expenses you don't treat people like that. He refused to come out so I could tell him I felt disrespected. He finally came out and said he called the police and I needed to leave. You do not treat clients or potentional clients like that. I wasn't upset I couldn't go in, im just upset with how I was treated. He could of handled himself in a better way.

To Whom It May Concern, or anyone thanking to use this attorney office…read more I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding how my matter was handled by your office. My case was verbally accepted, confirmed in writing, and supported by a signed retainer agreement. Based on those representations, I reasonably relied on your firm to represent me. I ceased pursuing alternative counsel and operated under the understanding that my legal matter was actively being handled. After several months, I received notice that your firm would no longer be representing me. Acceptance of representation -- particularly when accompanied by a signed retainer agreement -- establishes a professional obligation. A delayed withdrawal after months of reliance has the potential to prejudice a client's legal position and materially impact deadlines, strategy, and available remedies. Additionally, the extended period of communication prior to and during representation created the clear understanding that my case was being properly evaluated and pursued. If there were concerns regarding viability, scope, or internal review processes, those should have been communicated transparently and in a timely manner. The prolonged delay, followed by withdrawal, created unnecessary hardship and confusion. Clients rely heavily on the representations made by counsel, especially when formal agreements are executed. Furthermore, your public advertising suggests strong advocacy and commitment to individuals seeking representation. My experience, however, has left me questioning whether cases are prioritized primarily based on projected financial value rather than merit and circumstance. At the end of the day if they feel your case is not value of thousands or millions don't waste you time with this worthless fly by night so call with the words of "I got this" yea you got nothing.. After I see all the reviews I will say any the good 3 stars or better is more likely is a paid review or someone work for the company
