Hello All, I…read morerecently purchased the Sport model of the scooter. Wow! I was not only disappointed, but completely taken back on 1) how rude the customer service people are; 2) their inability to "listen" to what you are saying and 3) their total indignation with me because I am returning their product. First of all, the scooter weighs approximately 70 pounds when it is all put together. It breaks down into two pieces each weighing around 35 pounds. I don't know about anyone else out there, but I am a 75 year old woman and handicapped at that . . . .can you imagine my astonishment as to how much the scooter really weighed and how was I going to navigate getting this into my SUV by myself??? Well, it's not really surprising that I have to return the scooter. It's way to heavy for me to even think about lifting. So, I called customer service to get the ball rolling to return the scooter, only to find out that the finance company that I financed the scooter from charges a whopping 20% restocking fee. That's approximately $840 for me to still have to pay out, with nothing to show for it. The gentleman that "graciously helped" me said . . . ."to bad for you, we've already got our money, so deal with the finance company". Folks, before you buy from these disreputable people, read the fine print and, if you can, stay away from the finance company "Bread Pay".

He Claimed he called us.... False no incoming Phone Numbers and she even gave me a Time Stamp 4:23 2. Claimed he knocked on the door.... False I have 3 dogs one being a husky Any one Knocks on that door They neighbors would know it. 3. Claimed that a Missed call tag was left on the door... False no tag there 4. They called the Driver he was to far away to come back (ie to close to quitting time) 5. Demanded a Manager Call me back TONIGHT they were to busy. This is not how you run a business with Employees that Lie about their appointments. I am reaching out to Sunshine Health if I don't get a call first thing in the morning. If no Call then I will File a Complaint with the Insurance company I am sure that if the insurance company receives to many complaints they may loose their accreditation with the insurance company. Am I out of line on this ??

Before I met these folks,everything would take weeks to months with too phone calls and wasted time. Jcr is wonderful,professional,fast and patient and md friendly. Ask your health carrier if they can work with jcr or call jcr and ask them for help. Jose C Rodriguez is jcr and he will actually get on the phone and solve the problem Yain the rt is also fabulous. A rt will help you with machines and masks,not a delivery guy who knows less than you do. I have dealt with 6 to companies for bi pap machines and masks and supplies /maintenance, JCR is in a class of their own My sleep doctor is alex chediak md who also owns a sleep lovely sleep lab.also recomend dr chediack. If you are new to sleep apnea treatment,follow my advise Re these great providers and save yourself stress and wasted time.

Unfortunately, when I purchased the unit, the boxes they had were open and none had seal to prove there were never open and 2nd I never used the unit, even the mask that came with it was unopened sealed inside the plastic bag which proofs that I didn't use it. This placed deserves 0 rating. In my opinion, bad customer service and they are loosing une customer for this. There are more and probably medical equipment options in Miami.
