I texted the customer support # and within minutes got an answer, and shortly thereafter our down/up speeds were back to normal. I just got service in Dec from Honest. I came back from a five week trip and had no internet upon my return. They diagnosed it as a problem in the lines coming to my unit (so not my issue) but it will still take them 3 days to come out and restore service. Most recently we had an issue where we could not reach over 4 1/2 countries where a majority of our business was based. We reached out to technical support at 9 am on Thursday and by Friday 730 am the issue still was not resolved. When we called back to get an update on the issue we were told it would be resolved within the next 5 minutes. Over an hour later we called back because the issue was still not resolved and their excuse was that this was the first time they heard about the problem (which shows a lack of communication within a company which main business is communications!). Poor service poor communications bad attitude and unreliable. Very disappointed!
