Bought a home and wanted to re-key locks. Searched the internet and chose DNA because of the area they covered. Called on a Friday afternoon and we're thrilled that they could come that same day. We had some quirks with the locks on our home, but Derek was able to change them all to our liking. We had a lock added to one door and Derek's attention to keeping his work area clean by using a drop cloth to catch sawdust droppings caught my attention. Wow! Derek was amazing. I needed an extra key fob programmed for my car. The dealers charge a lot for this service. I was able to find an aftermarket blank fob online but I needed an automotive locksmith to program it. I called Derek at DNA locksmith because the business had great ratings on yelp. What a pro. We called three locksmiths who claimed to be available 24 hours and got their voicemails on a holiday night. He was prompt and got the door open in five minutes without any damage to the lock. He prided himself on not destroying the lock, a common method to open locks.l when keys are not available. I can't say enough great things about this company and their service. Derek installed a Schlage lock for us in our home in The Villages. Every other company we called said that we would not be able to program this lock from out of state (Iowa), but Derek told us from the start that he would be able to do it. Today he installed the lock, and patiently walked my husband and I through the process of how to lock and unlock the door, and assign passcodes to people using the Schlage App. So now we can easily change the passcodes between Air BNB guests. I highly recommend this locksmith!! My new luxury car locked my dog in the car with the keys inside.
