When I got the court, the judge denied it because it was not legible and there was missing information on it when I came back to the company to get a new chain Custody they said I would have to retake the test again and have to pay again I said that doesn't make any sense you guaranteed this would work for court . So then I go into retest thinking it was all taken care of then they contact me saying I need to pay them when I called them to tell them situation they pretty much told me they were going to get rid of my samples as you see in this email . The first test I took I paid first why would they change that and then tell me that I owe them money after they already did the test. This place is terrible. It's like pop copy from Dave Chappelle if they don't like what you say, they just steal your money.. go to labcorp instead much better experience there

Both were helping other other people. I could hear them laughing with what turned out to be two elderly people. When it was our turn, they were equally jovial with us, as well as our young daughter. My veins are hard to draw blood from. Valerie was the phlebotomist helping me. She took great care in finding a good vein, and was able to collect on the first try. The waiting room is a standard room composed of chairs, magazines, and a water cooler.
