Paid over $1,000.00 for mattress, 2 1/2 years later and it is sagging on the side.....I submitted…read morea claim ,but the manufacturer said because of a juice stain , the warranty was void ....they offer me a 20% discount {MATTRESS FIRM the company NOT the MANUFACTURER} offered the discount.....I paid $80.00 for some 90 year old man to come out and document the claim just to be denied and all i got was the equivalent of a 4th of july sale discount!!! I am ALREADY in the hole for $80!! So I call the store KNOWING the ridiculous mark up on mattresses and the ass man says that is the best he can do!! ...his best recommendation was to "clean the stain and resubmit the warranty claim...(like they wouldn't have the results of the previous submission on file) with zero effort towards customer retention ......no phone call to his boss , not even a fake "let me place you on hold while I ask my manager" ....too many money laundering mattress sellers......they want my business and 840 credit score ....
