I called them over a dozen times and sent multiple emails with videos of the leaking and still not fixed. In June of 22 alone I called they said I would get a call from an installer to come and fix it , it never happened called the next week again was told would get a call from an installer to come and fix it and again never happened. Now they are on vacation apparently and not back for some time. Very poor quality and service. Oh and almost forgot when installing the building they started the base frame backwards and then had the nerve to curse at me in spanish after I called their boss to complain about them not understanding any english and messing it all up. they also left countless scraps of sharp metal all over the yard and screws which is just wonderful when you have dogs and small children to worry about.

Twice I have had issues with my pump switch, and both times it was a critter--a lizard and an ant. I'm not real mechanical, and I don't trust myself around any electricity, but instead of making me feel ignorant and useless, these two men are soothing and very reasonable in their rates. The first incident involved a trapped lizard, and the work involved was intricate. The second time it was a mere ant in the pump switch. I called this business, early at 6:30 am because they advertise a 24 hour service. The gentleman swung by, fixed the switch in an instant, and refused to charge me at all, saying my place was on his way to another call. I realize the simplicity of the work this second time around, but there's no way I personally am going to mess with my well's electrical equipment. Suffice it to say, both brothers I have met are pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and just old-fashioned kind. Corbin is now my go to for any of my well needs. I know I can trust them implicitly!!

Frank said since he had to order it twice (his mistake) I would have to pay an additional $55, which was the restocking fee he had to pay for his mistake. Seems petty and wrong. I purchased a large magnolia tree from them and she bloomed two years in a row and then she hadn't bloomed in two years so I called them and they told me exactly what to do and I did it and within four months my magnolia was blooming beautifully. Most all of my flowering plants, my trees, my shrubs my fruit trees are purchased from Canterbury because they just have quality plants that produce. There are company that knows what they're doing and they take care of their customers. When you enter into the office, they have all kinds of goodies, jellies, jams gifts, and souvenirs and you're always greeted by someone with a smiling face and someone who is very happy to see you and to take care of you. I needed a specific plant identified and I brought a piece of it in and immediately the gentleman I was dealing with told me exactly what it was how it's going to grow and how to take care of it. I had an insect problem I took them a piece of the plant that had the insect problem. They immediately knew exactly what was wrong and told me what to use and I had no problems anymore. I trust them more than I do any of the big box stores. In fact, I'll only buy my vegetables and my vegetable plants from Canterbury Farms. They were very honest company and anytime you look at their plants. They're all clean and weed free and very well taken care of. I've gone to big box stores and see dead plants on display or for sale. It's like big box stores don't care how they display things. But Canterbury farms cares and they're set up is beautiful. They have plenty of parking. Their entrance is accessible by wheelchair or cart. The kids love to go there sometimes they have on Saturdays vendors that come and sell their vegetables and fruits and whatever's in season. They also have classes to help you learn about the plants that you have in your yard and how to take care of them. They'll educate you on fertilization watering and proper practices to keep your plants, healthy, and alive. I highly recommend buying all of your plants from Canterbury farms.
