They're located right down the road from the new concept Target that opened. Arriving, the parking is ample, the area is new and clean, and you already feel at ease. Walk in and we are instantly greeted by the receptionist. She provides a laminated paper showing front and back and gives you a dry erase pen to circle focal points during your massage and what level pressure you want (1-5). I had selected the Swedish massage and pressure 3. 90 minutes of goodness. The pressure was PERFECT! Not to soft where you're lying there thinking my kid could do this, but not so hard you're uncomfortable. It was right on point and so relaxing! When they use the hot towels, I love how quickly it was replaced so you don't have a cold one. As they focus on your legs and feet, they cover up and putting a heating pad on your back. It was a welcome added touch. It was 90 minutes of complete cruise control and enjoyed the relaxing down time. With both of us doing massages I am not sure which did who but I am pretty sure I had Ava. We both agreed we'd go back in a heartbeat and this is our go to. Also, icing on the cake (aside from the reasonable prices), I love they don't give you that funky tasting herbal/ginger tea. BLAH! It was a warmed milk tea that was super yummy and added to the relaxed feeling. They have water and snacks you can take too. Looking forward to our next visit! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! :)

My mother's massage Therpist was Lee and he was great. gentle and kind with my mother who is elderly and likes soft massage. My massage therapist was ok. Water bottles were given to us post massage which was kind of them and a nice touch at the end and on a hot day. I would return and ask for Lee!

From previous experiences here, make sure you communicate your "problem areas" if any, to the receptionist or front desk person so they can translate that back to your massage person. My masseuse lady felt the tightness I had in those problem areas and worked her magic. She also stopped a few times to ask me if her use of pressure was okay. I'm a deep tissue kinda gal so I told her to go in on them knots lol. You pay for your massage first. If you're tipping with your credit card, that will be done after your massage. My only complaint is that they charge an additional card terminal service fee PER CARD TRANSACTION without verbally telling you. When I got home and reviewed the receipts, I was charged the fee for the cost of the massage AND when they swiped for the tip afterwards. I do not like that business practice. I could have been charged the fee once, but now I know to bring cash for tip next time or just cash altogether!!

I've had massages at high-end resorts like the Waldorf Astoria and The Cosmopolitan, and this experience exceeded them. I chose the Thai/Swedish combo and opted for the back-walking technique (gentle), which was incredible. What stood out most was how attentive and skilled the therapist was. She didn't just follow a routine -- she assessed my body, identified tight areas contributing to my pain (especially my glute/back), and adjusted her approach in real time. She communicated throughout, starting with lighter pressure and increasing as my muscles loosened. The stretching and mobility work were unlike anything I've experienced, and by the end of the 60-minute session, my pain dropped to about a 2/10. You can tell when someone is just going through the motions -- that was NOT the case here. She genuinely cared about helping me feel better. I will absolutely be back.

The spa is spotless, with plush heated beds and cozy spa robes that make the whole spa experience feel elevated. The staff were very professional and attentive. I highly recommend Bella & Tony! My friend booked the appointment for the three of us, and I specifically mentioned before the service that I did not want the facial portion of the package. The front desk reassured me that it wasn't a facial -- just a light face massage -- but that turned out to be completely untrue. The experience went downhill immediately. We received almost no instructions about what to do or expect. Once I laid down, my masseuse started working directly on my face without saying a word. She never asked if I was wearing makeup (which I was), and began rubbing and tapping my face in strange circular motions, then applied some unknown substance. I told her to stop and explained that I have allergies and didn't want anything put on my face. Because she didn't speak any English, another staff member had to translate. She stopped briefly, wiped off my face, but then started massaging my face again with the same unknown product. At that point, I was extremely upset and uncomfortable. She also pressed down on my eyelids several times, knocking off some of my lash extensions and even dislodging one of my contact lenses. Afterward, my friends told me they had almost identical experiences. One of them had oil and water get into her eyes, and the masseuse was extremely rough. By the end of the session, all of our faces were burning. I had also added a hot stone massage, which I deeply regretted. It felt awkward and unprofessional -- at one point she just handed me an oily stone to hold for no reason. She kept pulling my hair throughout, and my friend said her stylist didn't even use conditioner, only shampoo, which makes no sense for a "head spa." At the end, the masseuses began hitting the backs of our heads and pounding on our backs and shoulders -- not in a therapeutic way, just harsh and uncomfortable. There were no instructions afterward; we had to figure out ourselves that we were supposed to move for a "blowout," which ended up being a quick, rough blow-dry using cheap Pantene products. To top it off, as soon as the massages were over, the masseuses literally ran out of the building, and the host seemed eager to rush us out as well. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience from start to finish. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously because the lack of communication, professionalism, and basic care was unacceptable.
