Al Chile just opened in November of 2022 (according to one of the lovely family members running the operation) and is a no frills food truck operating outside a gas station. Their menu is pretty impressive - many types of tacos, as well as other options like chimichangas and quesadillas. We ordered the following tacos: pastor, asada, cochinitas (my personal fave), and birria. All were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection!
