**WARNING LONG POST** I'm active duty and moving comes with the territory and I'm not blind to what's expected from a " move out service " So I hired this company because I'm a firm believer of supporting small businesses and the likes but I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the results. I left my place and came back and it seems only my fridge and upstairs bathroom were touched. My floors didn't seem vacuumed, simple things like my range still had splashed grease stains my oven not even touched or wiped and my floor was left clean looking but STICKY in my kitchen . My placed lacked that CLEAN scent of a deep clean .I called the business to give them the opportunity to fix these lack of simple details and was told they didn't understand why I felt this way, went on to state " well I only used water on your floor so I don't know why it would be sticky" wait what?!? Now THIS is the reason people book bigger companies because satisfaction is their ultimate goal. I do not recommend this company for move out detail cleaning. Its very surprising that this company has the name "Do It Right Cleaning" It gives you the assumption that your needs will be taken care of the right way. Unfortunately that is not the case. I was thankful I found a service with a decent price for my relatively small office. We set a schedule for once a week every two weeks on a regular basis. In the beginning things seemed to be going well. My needs were simply sweep & mop the waiting area, main office, bathroom, and one of the four rooms in the office. The bathroom was to be fully cleaned and counters in the main office wiped down. The first two times everything was done as required. Then, I'm not sure what changed but the cleaners were only doing part of what was asked of them and what they did was (excuse my french) half a$$ done. I mentioned this to the owner Antwan. He apologized and accepted half payment for the half job that was done. I reluctantly used his service again thinking that maybe that was just a one time mistake and things would be better the next time. Sadly that was not the case. The very next week we had basically the same issue. The one room that was asked (and I specified that I needed that room done) was untouched and the bathroom smelled like urine the next day after the cleaners were there and supposedly cleaned. This is unfortunate, and sadly I now have to find another cleaning service. I hate to leave a bad review because I too am a business owner and I understand how important reviews are for your business but I also know how important customer service is. Antwan was accommodating and apologized for the unsatisfactory service but maybe he should consider finding a better and more reliable cleaning crew that can provide a service that matches the name of his company. I made a general request for housekeeping services on Thumbtack, and Antwan at Do It Right Cleaning Inc. was the first person to respond within minutes, he went above and beyond allowing us as first time, unknown clients to be scheduled on what was already a already packed schedule of work for him, and a Friday to boot , to assist me in having an initial deep cleaning done before a social function. We are a active-duty Navy family and I have used both corporate franchise services l, as well as private independent contractors, all over the world. I prefer to leave my home because I feel that it just works better that way for us while the service is being done , When we returned I couldn't believe one person could've done all that in the amount of time we were gone. I have three small dogs they did not need to be crated they were totally comfortable and relaxed with him, there was no overpowering chemical harsh smell but everything that I had requested was spotless and the price was so affordable I feel guilty. I can't speak highly enough of Do It Right Cleaning Inc. and Mr. Antwan. If you can get on his schedule I recommend doing so immediately !! Also,the payment methods, scheduling, every aspect is totally effortless and at your fingertips on your smart phone via cutting edge square software. love it love it ! read more
