Favo de mel is Portuguese for "honeycomb", and with the various sweet treats they have to offer, the name seems appropriate. While their cakes and pastries are attractive and good, they also have savory food on offer--from snacks like coxinhas and pastels, to a hot buffet that changes daily. Some savory dishes can be made to order, you just have to ask the grill master to make it the way you like. Prices are low and service is generally good. The ambiance is nothing special, but what would you expect in a food court restaurant?
