They were very responsive and professional in their communication. Their service department and operations is very orderly. They provided me excellent customer service. I dropped my leaf blower off at the store in a Friday and the next Monday afternoon it was ready. They answered all my questions about the nature of the problem. Just recently, I ordered two new front tires because the soft rubber on the tires wore down after only a couple of hundred hours of use. The employees have always been super and have that small-town friendliness, which makes the sale feel very comfortable. I highly recommend these folks. just one word of caution. You're making a significant investment in this equipment, but it's pale and comparison to the projects that you figured out you needed to get done once you bought the damn thing.

Update review: my grandparents dropped off a wooden screen that needed repaired about three weeks…read moreago. I've been hearing about this screen since then and today my grandma said that she needed to see if it was finished. I told her I'd go down to see if it was finished and get it for her. Walked in and was asked if we needed any help. Told the man we were there to pick up a screen. Some kid went in the back and said it wasn't finished. We asked when it would be finished because it had been here awhile, and we were told that the guy who does the screens only comes in on weekends (and he might be on vacation right now), and that he usually puts the aluminum screens in front of the wooden ones because wooden ones are such a pain. Okay, so what I'm hearing is that I clearly need to take it someplace else. We said we'd take the screen back and the man said he'd call the screen guy. After his call the man goes, "we'll there must be a lot of grandkids because a grandson was here yesterday and asked for the screen and we told him Saturday or Sunday." (Yesterday was Saturday, and today is Sunday. Also it's not your business how many grandkids my grandparents have?) He said he would give our grandparents a call today when it was finished. I can only pray that that'll actually happen. My point is: my grandparents will probably continue to shop here because they have for 30 years, but I won't be coming back. (The bird bath I was going to buy? Forget it.)

It was very hard to start after I used it for only a few months, so I took it back to them for repair. They fixed it for free under warranty. This summer, 2020, it again refused to start just when I needed it most for my garden. I was told it would be at least a 2-week wait until they could look at it. After waiting, when I went to pick it up they charged me $50 to "flush the carburetor", and they claimed the 5-yr warranty did not apply because the gas was "stale". I insisted the gas was fresh and gave me no problems when used in all my other equipment (lawn mower, weed eater, chain saw). They went on to say that the gas should not even be left in the tank for even a month. If this is true, then the manufacturer should so state it in the operator's manual, which they do not. Needless to say, I strongly advise anyone else to avoid buying an ECO model TC-10 rototiller, and further patronizing Wadsworth Tractor & Mower who fails to honor the manufacturers warranty. These are also sold at the big box store for less money, but I thought I would spend a little more in case I had service problems. Lot of good that did me. I see this business has historically a lot of good reviews. However, I think there was a recent change in ownership since I bought the tiller in 2018.
