I was a customer of the firm that sold out to AgPro. They did a decent, but not excellent, job for…read moreme. (Side note: Their place in Wooster was far better than the one in Copley, which moved to Norton and became AgPro.) What I've learned about AgPro: They're hateful to deal with. These are people who either do not know what they are doing or don't care. Perhaps both? Had I known this I would NEVER have bought a John Deere product. I'm going to keep my JD tractor but the next and subsequent times it's serviced (once/year regardless of hours) I will be taking it to an independent organization -- not AgPro. Note for those who may be considering purchasing a JD product: According to two JD dealers with whom I've spoken, JD wants to deal with large firms only -- those that can "control" their territory and essentially create a monopoly selling "Green Fleet" -- think AgPro and Hartville Hardware, as examples. That's why you will never seen the "better" line of JD products for sale at a small independent store. The ones available at the "big box" stores are lower quality products -- lesser warranty, lesser quality engines, thinner sheet metal on mower decks. So, as a JD owner my recommendations are: 1. Do not buy John Deere. (Side note, FWIW: I love my Kubota stuff. There are other good ones and I'll be exploring further as I seek to replace my Deere tractor.) 2. Do not deal with AgPro. You have been warned. Final comment: My experiences are totally consistent with those of the prior reviewer.
