I wanted to write another review because Mike Flores yet again came through for us! I can't say enough good things about Mike Flores. Our bow thruster went out on our Beneteau Swift Trawler 44 and he and his right hand Trevor came out the same day. This was not an easy fix. It took a complicated process of elimination. They were able to investigate the issue and hone in on a diagnosis. They were very thorough in their evaluation of the situation. They tested the batteries and did some resets. They also checked wiring, the toggle switches, the connections...it was like peeling an onion. They didn't just guess at things. Mike really put his all into this because he really cared about us and our situation. That was very evident. They are reasonably priced, knowledgeable and just what you would expect when needing service on your vessel. Highly recommend this company.
