The two young professionals, Justin and Kevin whom own and operate BB Performance were such a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. I had them - Inspect the car - Change my transmission oil and Filter and pan gasket - Remove and replace all 4 of my shocks, I now have Brand New Bilstein 4600 shocks installed in my 4runner Furthermore they were able to locate another potentially expensive problem and successfully fix it with a smart cost effective solution! AND to top it all off a complementary windshield washing and application of Aquapel (its like Rain-X on steroids). Unfortunately, the ECM had proprietary software and they tried and tried and couldn't resolve it. Nonetheless, they tried very hard and helped me get it to a reputable dealer. The real kick is this. They had lots of opportunity to charge me anything as I was desperate and these fine folks made this one of the most reasonable transactions dealt with from me in decades. Awesome people. Cannot recommend them enough. I plan on sending these people business and definitely will be getting a Christmas Card from me, for SURE!!

The total cost was considerably less than my dealership would have charged me, if they had the same foresight to keep the part in stock.

My daughter who probably follows other vehicles too closely had multiple chips that evolved into…read moremultiple cracks to her windshield. Best price quoted was $400. These guys quoted $300, booked us in next day did a fab job of it, even fixed a loosening rear view mirror. All that sounds like good business and it is, but I need to add how pleasant these gentlemen are to deal with. Great price, great service. That's all I hope for from businesses I deal with and these guys deliver in spades.

I feel compelled to write to you to tell you how very impressed and pleased I was with the effort and the care that you and your employee, Ronnie, put into the work performed on my vehicle that day. It seemed to me that your employee, Ronnie, took his time and paid close attention to every detail as it related to the work performed on my vehicle (Preparation and application of rust prevention/undercoat spray). I was also impressed with the fact that he replaced the complete rear window tint film due to a bubble supposedly caused by a tiny hair - of all things! Also, at one point that morning you loaned me your personal vehicle so that I can run a short errand while waiting for my own car. And, in addition to this, you offered me a can of rust protectant spray at no charge! You also have another employee who does undercoating (Sorry, I don't remember his name. Mark, I think?) I have been very impressed with the attention to detail he gave to my previous vehicle (2012 Jeep) when brought in for treatment in the past. All of this did not go un-noticed by me and I feel it should not go un-noticed by others too.
