She was extremely nice & very professional. She scheduled the repair & followed up multiple times to make sure everything was going accordingly. From scheduling to repair everything ran smoothly. Logan F. & Candice S. were the ones assigned to fix the leak. Logan's work is nothing short of the highest quality. They repaired the leaks, cleaned up after themselves and did it with a smile. Both Logan and Candice are a great examples of how amazing employees should represent a company. I am amazed at the competency this company and their employees represent. This was an insurance claim for me and as everyone knows they can be messy, Logan actually took some time to help me understand and explain some of the issues they've experienced in the past with these situations. The repairman was at our house until after 9 o'clock at night and he did a wonderful job repairing our system. We also had mold growing in the unit and they cleaned that out and disinfected it with a product that will keep it from growing back. The office staff was amazing to speak with. They were so sweet and professional. The techs that came out were very respectful and answered all my questions and did wonderful work! After 2 No shows of companies contracted out and an approved company called One Way Heating and Air, who in my opinion tried to pull a fast one on us. Said we needed a pull and clean which would run 850.00, HCW denied it saying it was a maintenance issue. We called Aztech who found the problem right away. They put in a new contactor and didn't charge for the part til they were for sure it was the problem. Who does that? Our A/C has been working great ever since. I was never told it was a holiday weekend. The technician charged $220 and I gave them $250. No receipt was given. The unit went out within 2hrs it was 100 degrees. When I called no one answered. I had to call another company from Midland and the technician who serviced the unit stated the job was done incorrectly. The capacitor was connected wrong and it was the wrong rating for my system. When the company was contacted all a Marissa voiced was an apology and stated they had people in training. Again I called the next day and thoroughly explained the situation at which it was excuse after excuse, I advised her if people were in training they shouldn't have them doing jobs if they don't know what they are doing. She then stated she'd refund $150 then $130 due to the holiday weekend then no refund. I had never dealt with such unprofessional people.
