After living in Odessa for over 10 years, i have found nothing but overpriced costs and fees for everything. People forget to tend not everyone makes that oilfield money. As a single mom i work hard and want to make sure my money is well spent. After being charged for a shady job and still suffering the consequences of a company that supposedly helps people in need with air units Mi Casa...i got stuck with a unit that was installed wrong by their techs, wrong unit for my home and needing repairs that they refused to fix and still having to pay the bill. Where is all these leading too??? My new faith in humanity, Mr. Fabian from the first phone call went out the same day and helped not only me but my mother with her air unit. He repaired both units in which I had called other companies and several told me to replace it with a new one no other choice. And guess what....He didn't charge an arm and an leg and most of all made it out WHENEVER we needed him. All of his crew was very knowledgeable and polite. I ended up having to buy 2 whole new units in 2 weeks. One for my home and then one for a rental house. They gave me a fair quote for a new unit and also other options to keep me running if I could not replace. When we decided to just go ahead and bite the bullet and replace our old unit they came exactly when they said. Did a great job and even helped with some of the venting to try and make it better flow then our old one. Was so pleased and fair priced I ended up using them to replace a roof unit at a house I was flipping. Once again showed when they were supposed to. Got the job done despite other things like electrical issues I was having done at the same time. I was also able to call them back out free of charge to answer questions and address issues I thought I had but ended up being just a flipped breaker. Will use them again. read more

Right before that ice storm in 2021 my heater went out - was advised to get 3 estimates. Called several companies - received several quotes but did not feel comfortable with the prices I received or what I was told. Got on the Better Business website and Fl Services came up and called them as my last resort. FL out beated all previous quotes I received, and I felt very comfortable with them in how they answered my questions truthfully and honestly. Did not feel I was being taken advantage of as being a single women - alone. Fl installed within a few days a new heater and AC exchange in my home. My AC went out in the heat of summer. Thanks to an old friend who's in the AC business in another town, I was able to trouble shoot the issue with his assistance and it appeared to be a burnt out fan motor. I went on to Yelp and popped smoke for emergency assistance in getting it repaired. Fabian responded to my Yelp request for assistance in just over 5 minutes. He was prompt, courteous, respectful, and very reasonable, and had us up and running in a little over an hour; and that was with him having to go get a motor. I can not recommend anyone higher. The service is absolutely amazing. Our Air Conditioning broke in the evening and since we couldn't seem to get it to turn off we needed to call a service as soon as possible so our electric bill wouldn't suffer. We called in the evening and not only did did they show up in ten minutes but the AC was fixed within the hour. Not to mention that we had anticipated a huge bill, but our end cost was a third of what we had thought and was very reasonable. As an added bonus they are the nicest service you could ever get. I've had two HVAC units and a heater installed by FL Services at three different properties. They installed the HVAC units and all new ductwork. The installation went smoothly and they made sure to clean up any work debris before they left. They have competitive prices for quality units. For the heater only installation, they came in and assessed only what I needed. They did not try to sell me a complete new unit like other area companies I had called. I have used FL Services several times now for different issues. They unclogged a drain pipe that was causing a leak in my house, replaced a collapsed duct in the attic and fixed my AC when it wasn't cooling.
