I went with a more expensive finish and kept my existing tile. I was told a title would be rerouted. It was not they had to come back out. The safety tile on the steps were laid crooked and uneven. They had to come back out. I had a leak in the pool after they did the work they hired a leak detector. They came and patched around the light leak. They came again. Did another patch. Continue to leak until they finally came out and chipped away around the light and repaired it. I had to take the rock waterfall off the estimate. They were going to paint over the existing bad paint so I ended up doing it myself. They left a mess in my yard when they drain the pool left debris behind. I would not recommend this service.

He gave me a detailed explanation of how the salt cell worked, what our options were (including not doing anything but simply adding chlorine manually), and cost. After getting cost estimates (which were much better than competitor's prices), Mozart was at our pool making the repair within 2 days. He replaced the salt cell and power cell. It's rare to find technicians who are highly knowledgeable, reliable, and reasonable. We've had AAA Tropical Pools help us find the best contractors for all our pool needs. We had to have pool leaks repaired and pool lights replaced. In both cases, AAA Tropical Pools connected us to great contractors. In addition, AAA Tropical Pools was also very good about walking me through pool issues on the phone, all for no charge! I can't speak highly enough of AAA Tropical Pools based on my recent experience.

We met with Luke and designed our dream pool, as the one we had in our previous home was not to our liking. Everything in the plan we put-together was great. The problem was our site supervisor (Al) who didn't read the plan and failed to put the equipment where we wanted it and how it was illustrated on the plan, instead he put it where he wanted it...I didn't know this until we returned from a vacation. In doing so, he gave us $500 off the price (yippee) and said he could move it a little, but not where it supposed to go. What I am stuck with is exactly what I didn't want---a pool pump running right outside our bedroom window at all hours of the night, and a wife that is not sleeping because of it. So, my choice now is to either use my pool/hot tub when I want to or let my wife sleep peacefully at night and not use the pool/hot tub at all. I am currently looking into what it's going to cost me to get this done the way the plan was originally drafted and signed. My only words of advice when using this company - Be prepared to be your own site supervisor and be home the whole time they're working on it.

We have used them since that time, and have always found Darren and his workers (Brian, Reuben) are great to deal with and take good care of our pool. They show up every week and provide our pool with a lot of time and attention. They clean everything like the skimmer bucket and the pump area, scrub and skim the pool surface, and ensure the pH levels are properly balanced. We have a salt water pool and it always looks fabulous! There was one time recently where our pool suddenly turned green. My husband contacted the owner and he came over the same day and immediately remedied the pH levels and it was back to normal in no time! I feel he is always responsive to us, and I could only say positive things about the services we've received and the experiences we've had! As the cherry on top, I feel he is very reasonably priced too!
