Also the ambience in this Romantix is just more upscale than the other one in lincoln. I recently purchased a pair of shoes and never wore them -- they were not used outside and remained in the same condition as when purchased. I came to the store with the original receipt, fully expecting a standard return in accordance with the return policy. However, my return was refused, with the explanation that the shoes were allegedly in "poor condition," which is absolutely incorrect. What made the situation even worse was that the refusal came directly from the store manager. Unfortunately, the manager's behavior was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. There was no willingness to properly review the item, explain the decision, or offer any alternative solution. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. When a manager behaves this way, there is nowhere for customers to escalate the issue in-store, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I have never had such a poor customer service experience, especially from a store I expected better from. This experience did not align with the standards of customer service I associate with the Dillard's brand. I truly hope this situation is reviewed, as it reflects poorly on the store and management. I would strongly encourage Dillard's corporate team to look into this location and ensure customers are treated with professionalism and respect.
