Well I found a wonderful therapist by the name of Brittany. I had to travel about an hour back and forth to DeKalb but it was worth it. She does Bio Feed back on your pelvic floor. I went in with a open mind listened to her and did my exercises like I was told. I had therapy for 5 weeks. I was about 25% when I went in and now I am 90%. I still do my exercises 3-4 times a week....but ladies if you don't have to worry about a pad or leaks that is a wonderful feeling. He listens to you and makes decisions that are in your best interest. Before Dr. Kassar, I had a childhood endocrinologist who just pumped me up with insulin and I continued gaining weight and my sugars were out of control. When I started seeing Dr. Kassar, he completely took me off insulin (because it is harmful and makes you gain weight) and put me on another medication regimen that worked perfectly and even helped me to lose 50lbs. I unfortunately cannot see Dr. Kassar anymore because of insurance differences, so I am forced to find another endocrinologist. But if it was up to me, I would continue to see him.
