Well I found a wonderful therapist by the name of Brittany. I had to travel about an hour back and forth to DeKalb but it was worth it. She does Bio Feed back on your pelvic floor. I went in with a open mind listened to her and did my exercises like I was told. I had therapy for 5 weeks. I was about 25% when I went in and now I am 90%. I still do my exercises 3-4 times a week....but ladies if you don't have to worry about a pad or leaks that is a wonderful feeling. So ladies if you are considering surgery go have a talk at their clinic in DeKalb.
