From the moment I walked in I could tell they actually cared. Crysta Clark did a thorough evaluation and listened, really listened, as I described the issue. By following her in office and out of office plan I was able to start to feel relief in a few weeks. Crysta continued working with me and I can now say I have fully recovered! They were scrambling to find therapists and time to finish the time he had left. Even was left with an assistant. Then they offered him 3 months FREE online exercises to continue. Well they did not say if you interact with them online you will be charged. We ended up with four charges the amount of are co pay for each. Have called repeatedly. Talked to the billing office and the therapist. The billing office is useless. I called at least three times ask to talk to a supervisor and they just stalled. Then one time they would send it to be investigated. The last call I asked to talk to a supervisor. I was out on hold several times, over 20 minutes, "the supervisor is still busy" and then the will call you back. Never received the call back. I will look for a different place to go to for physical therapy , who can be transparent. Only two star for what did go right. They have gone down hill since I use them previously years ago.

Intake and appointment scheduling is very easy. The front desk staff people are friendly and professional. The therapists are top notch. They know what they're doing and are happy to explain what's happening in the body, why it's causing pain, and how various exercises will help with healing, mobility and range of motion. I've been seeing Shamshir at the 75th St. facility by Pick and Save. She's amazing. I cannot believe how much my elbow pain has subsided, and how much my range of motion has improved. An added bonus, she's a friendly and interesting person! I don't love being in pain and needing therapy. But, I am happy to have found Athletico. Highly recommend!

He was impressed by the fact that they were able to figure out what was actually causing his pain and how to address it. We are hoping that this will help him avoid surgery. The ONLY bad thing, which is why we didn't give a perfect rating, is that they will tell you what to do and walk away and work with someone else. I think that they should stay and make sure that they are doing the exercises correctly and not leave someone alone. I don't know if they are understaffed or if this is just their process, but I've had physical therapy in the past at 2 different businesses and was never left alone at either one.

I attended Physical Therapy 3 times a week for roughly 8 weeks and I can say with confidence that Brian helped me gain my full range of motion back and my strength! being a bartender/server I need my arm to do various tasks in my shifts. Brian helped me with that! We shared lots of laughs - and sometimes deep talks, but I walked away with a good feeling about therapy and looked forward to going back every other day.
