After being hit by a car, I thought I would end up disabled for the rest of my life. I moved at a snail's pace and could barely walk for many months. I had previously tried another physical therapy facility, but found them to be impersonal and seemingly caring for little more than the bottom line. They shuffled me and other patients from place to place as though we were cattle, and left us alone for long periods of time as they were double booked. Fortunately, my orthopedic doctor recommended Creative Rehab. Anita and her staff treated me as family from day one. Anita stayed with me for the entire session for every single session. I was never left alone to make a mistake. She has such a wonderful sense of humor and pleasant demeanor which made each session seem to go by very quickly. She made sure that I became stronger enabling me to live a more normal life once again. She never gave up on me even when I felt like giving up on myself. She gave me hope and motivated me to work harder to improve every session. Anita followed my care closely and every step of the way kept the doctors informed of my progress and provided them with her recommendations, all of which were spot on. Thankyou will never be enough to say to this team of therapists at Creative Rehab! I stumbled on this local rehabilitation after I had an accident and I couldn't sit or stand for more than a minute. My accident resulted in a spinal/neck injury with whiplash and a severe concussion. I couldn't even imagine how a therapist was going to help me. My doc said I needed vestibular therapy. I didn't know what this was and had never heard of it. It was concussion therapy! I didn't even know that was a thing. Between Nicole as my vestibular therapist and Jen as my spinal therapist I was in great hands! Over the course of the next few months they were a crucial part of my recovery! I don't know how I would even have managed without them! I couldn't drive for about a month because I couldn't sit, and I couldn't stand for very long. They worked dilegently at the specifics at every stage of recovery (which is still ongoing). They have been attentive and flexible with my needs, and personal. They are experts in their field and are amazing with their explanations of what steps need to be taken to heal. I love these ladies and would trust them to help me with any injury I have. I was originally diagnosed with partial rotator cuff and labrum tears as well as partial biceps tears bilaterally approximately 8 years ago. I was originally offered surgical options but decided to try physical therapy first and have treated with Creative Rehab several times over that period of time. I was originally introduced to Creative Rehab by physical therapist Jennifer, and recently completed my second round of physical therapy with Robin. After this last round, I am again functional, pain-free and I am convinced that without Robin's help, I would have had surgery years ago. She is patient, supportive and extremely knowledgeable and took the time to train and supervise me on proper strengthening exercises as well as those to avoid. She also has a great sense of humor and is a delight to talk with but can be firm and challenging (in a good way!) when necessary. I strongly recommend that anyone with physical problems try the outstanding staff at Creative Rehab either before or after surgery. The therapists are never rushed for time and they work with patients on a one-on-one basis for the entire period as opposed to some chain operations where the patient only sees the PT for 15 - 20 minutes and is then handed off to a tech for the rest of the time. read more

Creative Rehab has been my rehab facility for two knee replacements. The first knee replacement did not go as planned. After a knee manipulation, Creative Rehab worked with me in trying to create a successful outcome. A JAS knee brace was ordered, multiple drs. (pain management, nerve specialist, surgeon and Creative Rehab) worked collaboratively to create a very successful outcome. CR's experience and knowledge was the driving force in this success. As you can imagine, the second knee replacement did not take place immediately, After 16 months, came knee #2. It did not start out great after surgery, However, with Creative Rehab's knowledge and the personalization of the therapists I am on the road to recovery. Jennifer Weber has been my main therapist through both of these replacements; however, I would be remise to not thank all of the staff who have aided me with their knowledge. I went to Creative Rehab after I had labrum surgery on my right shoulder. I was working on starting a hockey program right before I found out I needed surgery and was worried I was going to lose my opportunity due to long recovery time. Anita Davidson was able to get me back on the ice SAFELY within 6 months of my surgery date! I love that I did not have to share my appointment with anyone else and always saw the same therapist. I felt that each employee that worked listened to what I needed as individual and did not group me into a category. Not only do I feel that I got the best therapy treatment around they also cared about my emotions. Surgery was not an easy thing for me to go through and with their support I was able to smile almost all the way through the program. This rehab facility is so good. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The therapists do a great job of making an individual plan for individual needs. The therapy is targeted to make the affected areas work more as they should. I had Jane and Robin in the past. They both are good and knowledgeable, My therapist at present is Elise.
