I use the store primarily for feed and seed. They carry and have in stock thousands of mower blades. I love to browse the isles. My only complaint is that the customer service is terrible. If you need help finding a specific item you are really left to fend for yourself. Good luck even getting an employee to acknowledge your existence. Unfortunately customer service is important to me in a store of this size. So i had to give it three stars. Pros: awesome selection of merchandise. - great prices Cons: Poor customer no-service. - when an item is out of stock it may take months to get more of the item back in. -The people that work there will not speak or ask if you need something

They are the only place in town to get a bike repaired. Customer service is nonexistent you feel…read morelike an inconvenience. I was told 2-3 days when I dropped off my bike. 7 days later he hasn't even looked at it because he is under staffed and over worked. He made sure to inform me that he has no way to let me know how long it would take. I asked where I was in line to which he said it would take him 15 min to find out and that the problem with getting to my bike was being on the phone with me. Someone anyone open a different bike repair shop in Statesboro. Bumped it up to 3stars from 1star. After my call and original review Billy went ahead and fixed my bike. His communication is not the best but he does the work.
