These people are absolutely great, took my keyboard in to get fixed and they ran diagnostics and…read moreupdates etc. for free before ordering the best part they could find that would come soonest for finals week. They explained the options for me to make the best decisions quickly with great service, ordered the part and installed it the day the part came in, cleaned my screen and gave me my old keyboard back. After all of this I found out they gave me a 50% discount for install. Super personable people, great service, local, and stayed in touch the whole ordeal. I've taken my computer to another place in town once before and did not care for the result very much, but this place went above and beyond to be passionate and kind while doing the best they can.

Thankfully, I found this well-established business via Yelp, which, as an FYI, is no longer serving at this particular location. I had expected my laptop to be out for repairs for at least two weeks, but Jack handled everything in less than a week, and even the original cost estimate was lower than previously discussed. He was always courteous and took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had. My laptop is now back to a battery life of 5+ hours. Thanks again!
