My pup also goes to Dogtopia in Omaha several days a week as I work out of multiple offices and Healthy Tails is as valued by us as the first class Dogtopia in the big cities. One true bonus with Healthy Tails where they even have an edge on Dogtopia is having a vet on premises. A few times my pup has needed something that I would have had to schedule a special visit at our regular vet, take time off work, etc. but since the vet is there at Healthy Tails, they're able to take care of his needs during the day when he's also there for fun with his buddies. The staff at S&B have been so good with him. They understand his breed, know how to handle his energy level, and genuinely seem to enjoy having him there. I'm so grateful to have a place where I can drop him off and know he's in good hands, well cared for, and having a great time. Finding a daycare that works for a high-energy dog isn't always easy, so I really appreciate how great S&B has been with Frank. He's clearly a fan, too!

Timber Kennels is a place where your pets will get the treatment they deserve while you are away on…read morevacation. Nestled on a country farm, this is a home away from home for your canine companions. Each individual suite is climate controlled, but your pet always has access to the outdoors. The place somewhat reminds me of a log cabin when you walk in, but way more spacious. The interior is decorated, minimally, with old barn wood. It looks really rustic, but very clean. You can't even tell it is a hotel for dogs because you can't really smell dogs. Not only will your pet get a place to sleep at night, but you can also include training, walks, and baths for them as well. Tyler and Jen, the two who operate this facility, are super friendly, helpful, and are very knowledgeable in the care of animals. If you need to find a place for your pet, look no further. I would highly recommend Timber Kennels.

From the beginning they responded to all of my questions very quickly. The facility was nice with clean beds, towels, bowls, and kennels. I opted to leave their food which they were ok with. They sent pictures daily and gave me updates daily (sometimes more when I asked questions). I thought their price was very reasonable for 3 dogs and was happy to see they offered a military discount. The staff responded quickly to my frequent status requests, and they have a text-only phone number which made me feel like my queries were less intrusive. Both dogs were happy and healthy when I picked them up! Boarding includes 'doggy day care', so the pups are running around in- and outside all day.
