As for the grooming services, I only continued using Tez after Brandon left the company, but unfortunately, the quality of service has not met my expectations. Holly at the desk is absolutely the rudest person I have ever spoke with. Emily the groomer just acts like she doesn't like our dogs. This is a huge disappointment since we've been customers there for many years. My dog Louie was sick today and was throwing up. Holly told me our groomer had no other appts until our next groom in February. She said since Louie was sick and Mia, our other dog was not, they would have to charge me a fee for Mia not showing up for her appt today. I have had nothing but difficulty and negativity since our groomer moved. I asked Holly to speak to a manager or owner and she told me they would not be returning my call and we were no longer welcome there. This is after I asked her to cancel my upcoming appts that were booked each month this year. I am sure that Louie and Mia are much better not going to this place. But it is still upsetting that this is the loyalty we receive for being a customer with recurring appts every 2 weeks for years, and this is how they would treat us.

They gave us as much time as we needed with him before and after. They even told us several times that we could leave after and pay later or when we pick up the cremation. I now live in Omaha, but I certainly would recommend this vet for anyone living in CB. They are very caring and understanding. For years they gave my best friend top notch care.

Kathy came outside to pick my dogs up (Covid cautious) and was kind enough to give be a few minutes of her time to be detailed on what I wanted.. process was easy peasy! At pick up, Kathy spoke to my husband regarding how good the dogs were, when to schedule them again for grooming and was detailed again about what she had done! Seriously, I AM SO HAPPY TO FIND A PLACE THAT I FEEL COMFORTABLE LEAVING MY DOGS TO BE GROOMED! I took one of my cats in here because she had mats on her back and she wouldn't let us get it out…read more Upon arrival, the place is very clean and spacious. They have rooms I think is the hotel rooms for the cats and the grooming area in the back. The reception area have comfortable lounging chairs you can probably sit and wait for your cat along with merchandise items you will probably end up buying if you did stay to wait! Anyway, our cat was able to get her nails trimmed and one of her mats out before she started jumping around and wouldn't let them groom her anymore. We had never gotten her groomed, so I didn't know what she would be like. They didn't charge me for anything they did and just let me know that some cats come in with a calming medication and we could bring her back then. I am very thankful for their expertise and friendliness. I look forward to bringing her back here soon!

My Maltese has pretty bad anxiety because of his past as a puppy mill survivor and I let the groomer know this. On the day of his appointment, she called first thing in the morning to let me know there may be some noisy dogs that might scare him and offered to groom him on her day off instead. While I still took my dog in since other dogs barking don't usually bother him, I deeply appreciated this offer and it just goes to show that they truly care about the dogs they see! I will continue supporting Fairytale Grooming and refer people here!
