They told me on multiple nights that they cancelled services last minute due to walkers being sick, inclement weather, or transportation issues, but when I had to cancel last minute due to my dog's health condition, they stop their services to me altogether without any advanced notice. This is completely unacceptable and a total double standard. I want nothing to do with Corinne again, and will never speak to her again. I just feel terrible about this whole situation because the walkers are so nice and friendly, but can't be managed by someone who doesn't even understand the basic principles of friendliness and courtesy. I run a group who did a raffle and they donated a very generous basket that was a HIT. The employees were kind and I enjoyed chatting with them while I browsed. I ended up buying a salmon treat for my dog. The variety of their store was awesome. Similar to others in the area, but loved to find my dog's favorites. We got a salmon skin roll which she devoured in a minute tops. Apart from this, I've heard great things about their grooming. My best friend uses them for grooming and her poms love it. A great little shop and close to home. You can't beat it!
