Although we arrived around 8:30pm Maura took our English Pointer mix to the dog park to exhaust some of his pent up energy from the long car ride. They made our dog feel right at home by welcoming him into their home and even letting him sleep on their bed. Although he was only there for 13 hours or so I got a pic and text updates. After a lot of phone calls and research, we did a trial lesson with Trish and immediately enrolled for biweekly lessons after the trial. Trish is an amazing coach and knowledgeable equestrian who prioritizes the care of her herd. In the last few months, she's help my daughter undo some habits that were negatively impacting her riding while giving her the skills and tools needed to improve, growing her confidence and knowledge. As far as boarding, you will not find a better place for your horse. The pastures are rotated, waterers are automatic, and Shelters provided. There are also big stalls if needed. So when a social-distance class opened, i was excited to try it. Social-distance/online dog lessons may sound like they wouldn't work, but I definitely recommend it. We were late once because my dog refused to listen to me and leave the park for over an hour, but Judy and Sue gave me direction on things to try. It dramatically changed how he and I interact.
