I come here regularly to get my dog Mötley's nails trimmed. He's a very scared, timid rescue dog and he LOVES it here. He's scared when we go in, but once he sees the staff he gets very excited. Dog Oasis is an unprofessional and dishonest organization. They constantly over charge add on fees that are not explained up front. Dogs come home sick and uncared for. When you call, you cannot get an answer and it often takes 4-5 messages to receive a call back, even though they say "Feel free to call and check on them." Then, they are extremely rude and argumentative. They are scamming people out of money hoping it goes unnoticed. If you look up reviews, you will see MANY complaints about this. When you question the price difference from what you were quoted, the owner (VERY MEAN LADY) will scream at you and go get her large son to come out and intimidate/threaten you - he and several others there are quite visibly HIGH on pot while working. The lady is pure evil and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this establishment. They needs to be investigated. They are dishonest and running a scam operation. They also tack on fees that show up a few days after you pay by card. Again, when you call to discuss, they don't answer or yell at you. PLEASE do NOT take your pets to this place! We thought they were wonderful at first, even after reading bad reviews. But, after a few trips we learned what others had warned about. The lady owner literally YELLED at my husband and told him not to come back and she would not change the amount to what ELI quoted us 3 times! She also said "Leave a bad review, I could care less about bad reviews." She blamed everything on ELI (front desk person) and then blamed us for caring about our dogs and questioning the huge price difference. People, I beg you to find another kennel for your fur babies. This place is NOT what is seems. I should have gone with my gut instinct when they refused to give us a tour and when the price was misquoted the first few times. They do not care about your dogs. It's just about money. Don't take my word for it or the word of those "fake" reviews or family friends. Go research and pull all the old reviews. Great spot with tons of offerings! Groomer, boarding/babysitting and merchandise. They no longer do adoptions. We were in desperate need for a nail trim. It took a few times to get an appointment between both of our schedules. But glad it finally worked out. My major complaint is that they don't allow you to go in the back and you cannot see where they take your dog. (Made me a bit nervous to just hand over my dog child). Staff up front was very helpful and courtesy. Will definitely check it out again. read more

We have found our pup's favorite boarding spot! Every aspect of customer service, from drop-off to photos in between to pick-up, we felt our pup was in great hands. The facility felt very secure but was also super welcoming, and you can tell everyone we spoke with truly loves animals and treats all of their boarding dogs like their own. Wife and I took a 5 night trip leaving our two 6 month old male and female Australian Labradoodle puppies in their care. I'm thinking this place and its employees have done some type of dog whispering on them. They seemed to be more calmer and loving then when we dropped them off for their stay? Which tells us they was in great care of therm and enjoyed their stay. We will use Dog Oasis for overnight stays again and continue their grooming services. I've been taking my dog here for about a year. Wonderful service every time. Today the staff worked around my schedule so that my dog would be finished before I had to go to work. Took my 4 month old golden doodle for his first cut. I didn't know what to expect when I wet back to pick him up. When I got there and seen him, the outcome was more than what I expected. Pick up a supper happy and good looking puppy. Even my little girl said he looked awesome. The staff there was great and went above and beyond with my dog. When it comes to leaving him behind so I can go on work trips/vacations I want to make sure he's in a safe place that I know he'll enjoy. I've been to several boarders and this one is by far my favorite. Staff is amazing and extremely friendly and Remy always loves going, it's getting him to leave that's the problem.
