Today he was in distress with his heart and they didn't have, and would not make an appointment for an emergency. Root Animal Clinic welcomed us and immediately began giving Ollie oxygen and made him comfortable. They were kind and compassionate. He has now passed over the Rainbow Bridge. I am grateful for their kindness and tenderness with his care and with us. My animals will never go back to Goodlettsville Animal Clinic, not even in an emergency which they don't have time for.

I've never been to a vet where they all took extra time to make sure we understood everything. I wish my doctor was as through with me. My long hair, 17 year old, deaf cat was in need of some matts removed because she stopped grooming herself and we just couldn't get them off. Dropped her off in the morning and as the day went on they called to give us updates. We were really happy they tried to do it without sedating her. They took their time and did a great job. We are very happy with the whole experience.

The owners suggested bringing him for a few days of daycare to try it out. He was nervous at first but the ladies here are INCREDIBLE and it's evident that they loved our dog like he was their own pup. He did great during the 8 days at the resort. Being able to see photos of him having fun through the daily posts on the Facebook page made us feel at ease while we were away. We will most definitely bring Ranger back again whenever we travel out of town. 10/10 recommend!!!

She said, you need to register and then stated that all vaccines were required and she named them. She was so abrupt and rude, it was an instant turn-off. I was shocked that she didn't reply with a Hi, hello or a welcome-in after I initially said "hi". A tour would have been nice, but she obviously wasn't going to take the time for that! Luckily I happen to be able to quickly send my son to get her and rush her to the vet where she suffered a broken leg. She was covered in feces and urine which obviously as she was hurt and scared. They do not have cameras or anyone who monitors the dogs at night so they have no idea how long she was trapped. When we forwarded the vet bill to them they said it was the dogs fault as they should have been resting peacefully. Like I think they are confused as these are dogs. They mentioned they waived the $100 boarding fee and that should be enough. Our dogs are not puppies they are not rowdy they are senior dogs at 9 and 12 and are small Shih Tzus. If you have dogs boarding here I would inspect the runs and would seriously question should you continue. They are obviously another business in it for the money and not for the care of our fur babies. There is so many better options in Sumner County.
