Once my dog ran away and I called to leave my info with them in case someone brought him in. They were so kind and took everything down. Someone did bring him there 7hrs after I called them. They cut burs out of his fur and looked him over. Never charged us anything and called us right away to ask if they can cut his hair and let us know he was safe. Forever thankful.

The vet ran the tests and still had no answers about what was wrong. When I went to pay, I was blindsided by a bill that was over $200 more than what was discussed. I asked why and was told additional lab work had been done, without my knowledge or consent. I asked to speak with the vet, and he told me he "assumed" I would want the tests. He assumed wrong. He assumed I'd be okay with hundreds of dollars in unauthorized charges. And then, even after I paid in full for the services I agreed to, the clinic sent the unauthorized balance to collections. And the worst part? My dog died three days later. After all that testing--and all that money--they still couldn't give me any answers or guidance. This clinic failed my dog. They failed me. They took advantage of my trust, ignored consent, and added insult to injury by trying to damage my credit over charges I never approved. I will never return here, and I urge others to think twice before trusting this place with your pet's life.

We took the time to explain what we wanted, but it felt like our requests were not listened to. A Pomeranian's coat is an important part of their health and appearance, so having it shaved without our approval was extremely upsetting. I didn't get to physically be there because of Covid-19, but she assured me that he did great and he didn't need a muzzle at all! Utterly disappointing We became members 4/2024. 2:2026 my…read moredog was attacked by Jake the pitbull male who tried to hump her. He almost ripped her ear off if she had not reacted. We thought all was well, the owner John Quinn assured us the dog would be removed permanently, but that wasn't true. My girl experienced trauma from the attack and I didn't want a reoccurrence so we had to withdraw her from attending. We just recently tried to take her to another facility, but unbeknownst to us she was removed from the system. Now the process has to start from scratch because the facility manager at Plainfield will not communicate with another facility to validate my girl. I don't want to speak ill of the situation, but my rating speaks for itself. My girl deserved better!
